I purchased your theme specifically because it states compatibility with WPML. However, I’m having significant difficulty translating most of the site’s content.

While WPML allows me to translate page titles, it does not allow me to translate key sections of the theme, such as:

- Text in headers, footers, and menus.

- The single product page layout.

- The checkout page strings.

I have the full WPML suite (including String Translation) installed, but the theme’s text is not appearing in the String Translation list for me to modify.

Could you please provide specific guidance or documentation on how to translate these parts of the theme? Are there specific theme settings or translation files I need to use?

I purchased the MyDecor theme and its a great theme, easy to work with .I need help on my menu, my website is www.pjmcdaid.com

When I change the menu from the theme options > header , it does not change, the logo still remains on the left corner. also if I add extra menu items like special offers and clearance on the main menu it overlaps to the bottom line rather than on the same line. Ho do I solve this.

Hello, I recently purchased your theme and I’m really impressed with it! However, I’m new to website development and need some guidance on customizing the mobile menu. I understand that I can update the left sidebar through the standard menu settings, but I’d like to know if it’s possible to customize other mobile menu elements, specifically:

Removing items – Can I hide certain icons like the shop icon?

Repositioning elements – Is it possible to move the cart icon from right to left?

Bottom bar modifications – Can I add items to the bottom menu bar or remove it entirely?

I’d appreciate any guidance on whether these customizations are feasible and, if so, if there is a guide somewhere where I wasn’t able to indentify.

Hi,

after the latest update, we have noticed a critical issue on our website.

The Upsell and Cross-sell products are no longer being displayed on the product and cart pages.

Additionally, the alert messages in the cart (such as “Spend X more to get free shipping”) are not showing anymore.

Everything was working perfectly before the update. We have already tried basic troubleshooting (theme and plugin conflict checks) but the issue persists.
