Is North compatible with PHP 8.3?

What is going on with the theme? Your Veented update link for plugins shows that your account is suspended so I can’t update things or access the latest documentation through the provided links. The media files for the demo content are not downloading no matter what I do. If this is not going to be supported or won’t work properly, I would like a refund. There is zero option for backend editor showing up, it is not working properly. The demo content also is not displaying correctly.

Hi, I am having a difficult time getting a response from this developer. I have two inquiries. The first was sent over two weeks ago but we were able to resolve the issue on our own- but still never received a response. And the second inquiry was yesterday morning. I have a theme conflict. Will whomever handles support for this theme please reach out to me? Thank you in advance. LOVE THE THEME but need support.

If you’re using the white nav, you can add this line to the same place on your dashboard:

#navigation-sticky.white-nav, .second-nav.white-nav, .white-nav .nav-menu ul.dropdown-menu, .white-nav.second-nav .nav-inner div.nav-menu ul.nav{
 background-color: #fff;
}
It’s the white one, you can add the color how you want. And if you’re using the dark nav:
.second-nav.dark-nav, .dark-nav .nav-menu ul.dropdown-menu{
 background-color: rgba(34,34,34,.95);
}
And it’s the dark one, you can add the rgb or hex colors.

I’m still glad I purchased your awesome theme. It seems that since the recent update, the essential grid plugin is no longer compatible, nothing is displayed in the front office. It’s been working perfectly for months…have you an idea ?

I am not able to enable or disable any options on the North setting page ( https://ticksy_attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/Sn%C3%ADmek%20obrazovky%202024-02-27%20122046_65ddc5fda0d56.png )

Also some parts of the website keep disappearing. Like the photos under the title “Portfolio”. To fix this i always need to re-save the page in the admin. But after a few days its gone again (maybe because of some automatic updates?) The website is www.geor.cz.

Hello, thank you. What about the porfolio page tho? I cant see the photos on the frontend/homepage even tho you can see them in the admin page. Re-saving the portfolio page helps but then it disappears within a few of days or even hours again

You can create new pages and customize them with Elementor, but current pages/demos aren’t supported by Elementor yet. However, this is in the update notes and will be added in the future.

Does the the latest theme update also support PHP 5.6? I have an older North version still running on PHP 5.6 – not sure which to update first – theme or PHP?

North will work on 5.6 but you can see some errors about plugins (If you update them.) So you can update PHP version then.

Just purchased this theme and WPBakery isn’t working with it. I activated another theme, and WPBakery works just fine with that. What is the fix for WPBakery to work with your theme?

Hi ! First of all, let me tell you that I am FULLY satisfied of my North product. I took the #11 page as my landing page (the one with the background video) with a vimeo video. The design is uncredible!!!

But since I upgraded my website as HTTPS, every vimeo ID’s aren’t loading anymore.. I searched on the net, and it looks like that we have to specify the https link from Vimeo, but the North App only asks for the ID.

I do use Vimeo’s videos because Youtube background doesn’t work on phone from my side..

Do you know how to make the vimeo background video link to work again? Many many thanks by advance, Matt
