There is no support, the support forums do not work, you cannot post on the,. Yes, forums, because they offer multiple links to all kinds of support forums. Contact form does not work. I never experienced such a lack of professionalism with any other team/theme.

There are two themes called Organic Food. There are at least two different support forums (none of them work). Check other comments, author is offering a gmail email address for support ??

May I request support regarding the OrganicFood theme. I found the following issues while updating the theme.

1) Preset 2 display the wrong menu color. The menu color in preset 2 should be #fdc846, but instead it display #008dff

when i check the preset2.css files the set css is correct, but the preset menu calling different preset as per follows

This one called for #008dff color: https://www.ftcheese.com.my/wp-content/themes/organicfood/css/presets/preset2.css?ver=6.0

and this one is supposed to be the correct one without 6.0 which load the correct color #fdc846 : https://www.ftcheese.com.my/wp-content/themes/organicfood/css/presets/preset2.css

2) the latest update gave me this error: Caught exception: load error: failed to find /home/u794426593/domains/exptheme.com/public_html/demo/organicfood/wp-content/themes/organicfood/css/less/style.less

The Theme Options are not working at all. Nothing will change. Nothing will save. Everything else in the Theme seems to be working correctly.

Hi, we had purchased this theme and running our website www.nuflowerfoods.com and we had just incorporated a new tab called BLOGs. What i have noticed that the tags under the blog section leads you to 404 error page which is a theme issue as we checked the same on the theme as well.

Currently we have codded and kept the same on the same page but it does not fulfill the function for the tags. Would request you to please fix the same so that we can incorporate it on to our website.

I updated a website that is using this theme (it hadn’t been updated for couple of years). Now the whole content on pages is in wordpress classic editor and not in blocks, how it used to be. I can see VC section tab under it, but it is empty. How to I get the website content back in blocks, so that I would be able to edit the content in a normal way again?
