You can deactivate all plugins. After you deactivate them all, you will see a notification message to activate 3 bundled plugins: Wyde Core, Visual Composer and Slider Revolution. Also another one for creating contact form: Contac Form.

I’m sorry but that is an embedded video from YouTube, the lightbox is just showing the embedded player from YouTube so all videos and links inside there came from YouTube and when you click on any link, it will always navigate to YouTube instead of playing in the lightbox.

Are there any options to do this or change it?

Sure but you’ll need to add custom HTML to the Text Block element instead.

1. Add a Text Block element to the page.
2. Switch to Text mode.
3. Add the code below:

Actually if you’re using the latest update of the theme, you can import demo content in Theme Options -> Home that includes media too.

Reset your site and try to import demo content in Theme Options -> Home to see if it works.

1) Unfortunately, each image in portfolio grid always leads to its details page. You should choose the You should use the Image Gallery element to display your images in the grid layout so it will only show the lightbox instead of leading to a separate page.

2) As you can see here -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/layer-styles-positioning/ You can set the line height in the 4th option and please make sure you enable the Text Wrapping to break and wrap your text onto the next line.

You can set the ligthbox image size in 2 areas. The one on blog posts and another one on portfolio posts.

Unfortunately, the lightbox in the Image Gallery element always displays the original size of the images because it’s for showing the gallery images in the full-resolution. So you should resize your images before uploading to your site or install the 3rd party plugins to resize them (i.e. https://wordpress.org/plugins/imsanity/ ).

I’ve tried with IE 11 on Windows 10 and it’s working fine.

Please make sure your host support all font icon types, try to check all MIME types as below have been added to your host configuration:

AddType application/vnd.ms-fontobject  eot
AddType font/truetype                  ttf

Also, I’ want to use the Food Demo as my front page but it’s not coming up as an option to choose from with the home pages

Also, I tried to import the demo via manually as described in your documentation but once I get to the step to select my admin name and import it, the screen goes blank. I realize this takes time but even after 1 hour, still nothing.

Actually it can take only 5 minutes or less. Sounds like your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. So you’ve got a timeout error and stuck on there.

Please make sure you’ve increased the PHP limits as the minimum as follows:

max_execution_time = 300

memory_limit = 128M

post_max_size = 32M

upload_max_filesize = 32M

max_input_vars = 5000

Also, once you’ve imported demo content in the Import Demo Content section, you should import site settings in the Update Site Settings section at the bottom of the page.

Actually the xml file should be inside the “Demo Content” in the main zip file when you choose to download “All files & documentation”.

However, in the latest update of the theme, we’ve added a new option to import Media so you don’t need to import the xml file manually anymore.

Just go to Theme Options -> Home, select the Media option then click on Import Demo button to import it.

Looks like your slider is working fine. But there is no image on your site since you couldn’t import full content. I suppose your host has the low PHP configuration limits so it doesn’t allow you to import demo images that are too large.

We will split the images and add them to the next update so you can import them easier even your host has the low PHP limits.

However, all images in the live preview are for demo purposes only and are not included with your purchase so you’ll need to replace them with yours.

I did put the php.ini like you wrote in a previous message (max_execution_time 180 / memory_limit 128M / post_max_size 64M/upload_max_filesize 64M) but I guess there is more to do that I can't find.

I totally understand that the theme does not include those images but like a lot of people it gives some guidelines. I will change them in a few days but at the moment I do need them.

Actually when you translate your footer page into other languages, it will display the translated page in the current language automatically. Unfortunately, in the current version there is an issue in the footer page on multi-language site. It will be fixed in the next update.
