Hi there,
The template is pure HTML so you can add whatever SEO technique you’d like to it. I can’t comment on the compatibility of Yoast etc as I’ve never used them with HTML.
Can Pivot do unlimited exporting our work? Are there some limitation?

I have two questions, 1) you Launchkit have the option to form on the right, as fields are added to the form? Example: “Message field”
2) I would like to use Pivot but has nungún block form on the right is it possible to have that block buying it?

Sorry, form editing is not an option in Variant at this time, but if you know HTML and CSS you could achieve anything you want with a little help from us.

This is more for Variant… Is it difficult to add our own custom modules?
Hi there,
This depends on your level of proficiency with html, basically you need to open up builder.html and duplicate an existing block (with some meta data) and add your own values. This is not a supported use however so you would need to do it at your own risk.

Hi, Great theme! Two questions prior to purchase it: 1) is it possible to combine the projects fullwidth gallery with the lightbox gallery (so images open in lightbox)? 2) the navigation bar could “float” while scrolling the page? Thanks!
Hello, yes this is possible but you would need to be an HTML and CSS expert, so if you are a beginner, this is not easy.
Yes, the navigation bar already does float when you scroll down the page.

Hi,
We have recently overhauled the mail.php file and it will be included in the upcoming update. For now, to fix this you can add:
$messageText = ””;
...to the second line of the file just below the <?php line.
Or if you would like to use the new mail file, just open a ticket on mediumrare.ticksy.com and I’ll send you the new files

Hello, unfortunately there is no license available for this kind of use at this time.
Variant is intended as a single-user setup and is not intended to be used in any hosted environment – also it is not possible to import html back into Variant.

Ah, do you mean the homepage slider onthe index.html page? We have updated this in 1.6, we’ll ensure that block is available inside the builder on our next update

Ah right, my apologies I mistakenly thought this comment was about Foundry. At current, that is not an element in the builder.

The photos are mainly from shutterstock and are not included in the download package. You would need to purchase a licence for the on shutterstock.com

I can’t use the Variant in latest SAFARI/webkit? Here are my first impressions and experiences with the demo pages and builder: All context “right-click” menus do not work properly. They appear for a millisecond and close immediately! It is impossible to select an option.

Coming time, is there any planned variant editor’s update coming ? If yes what all features are you considering ?
Yes, of course we have plans for big feature updates to come, but for now, our focus is on updating Pivot to come into line with the new ways we have begun to adopt in Foundry and Launchkit. I’m referring to email/Mail Chimp form fixes, parallax scrolling smoothness, overall performance and other various Variant enhancements such as the new image edit and slider edit buttons. After that, you will start to see new Variant features roll out.

Hi there – I’m trying to post a support ticket on Ticksy but when submitting the ticket it says “oops something went wrong – you purchase code is not valid”. I have raised a ticket id 249753 with Envato but not had a reply yet. The problem I have is when I try install the pivot theme zip (themeforest-8748103-pivot-multipurpose-html-with-page-builder-v202.zip) on to fresh wp 4.2.2 install I get the following error
Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-8748103-pivot-multipurpose-html-with-page-builder-v202.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.
I looked at other related aritcle on ticksy and they relate to using a zip file within the zip above that I downloaded but there is no zip inside the downloaded zip. Can you please advise? Many thanks!
Hi, Perhaps you are trying to install this HTML template on a WordPress installation. If you purchased the Pivot HTML version, you will need to use Variant and html to build your pages, or if you need to make use of the full WordPress feature-set you will need to purchase the WordPress theme available here: http://themeforest.net/item/-pivot-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/9219731

You can contact Envato to initiate a refund, unfortunately we can’t process the refund from our side as Envato handle the payments.
Once refunded, you’ll need to purchase the WP version as normal

Hi, I uploaded this zip file to my server but now whenever I open index.html file everything is messed up. Do I need to make any database changes? Somehow I am not able to find instructions specific to installation.

It sounds like either the CSS didn’t upload correctly, or the permissions on the CSS files might be off – double check that the permissions on the CSS files have ‘read’ access for everyone.
You can also open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com and we can take a look at your site.

great theme, thank you. I’m having some issues with the instagram feed picking up the wrong account. div class=”instafeed” data-user-name=”cabinet.bar” is picking up cabinet.baran. Any help appreciated.
