Scroll spped can be changed in /js/theme-functions.js it’s a single value. If you request we can add as a feature for next update, so you can change it in body tag from your page.

Thank you so much for your report, i did not have chance to test on mac with magic mouse.

We have used smothwheel plugin for smoth scrolling, this script can be removed from site easy if you wish to disable this feature.

During these days i will try to fix this issue.

If you where tested this demo http://www.inspirothemes.com/polo/home-branding.html yes this demo has active option called “Mouse Scroll Wheel” sou you jump on sections by scrollin. You can disable this option easy, you just need to remove a single class from body in template.
