Just updated theme from 1.1 to 1.15 and now some pages are showing shortcodes and some pages wont display but v1.1 was working fine. Any ideas why?
Thanks. Needed to update all the required plugins. Site is working good again but Google Map is only displaying on the home page now. Are you aware of any issues with the map section? Don’t really want to downgrade theme to v1.1

Hi, I added this theme and have been trying to figure out how to make the site look exactly like the demo. It gives an error when clicking “Install Demo Data”. I did what it suggest with extracting and dropping the demo folder (which is labeled default in the file manager). I am not sure if that actually added anything, but I can’t figure out how to make it look like the demo site and would like help. Thank you

Hi, i have a pre sales question. does this theme support youtube video banner on home page instead of a static image. If so, would this video be played automatically when page load?
I’ve read on few places that the video does not automatically play when the websites are viewed on mobiles. Is it true for the Slider Revolution version used on this theme? Is there anyway we could check this through your demo pages?

Yes, the theme is bundled with the Slider Revolution plugin. You can see the slider on homepages at the top of the pages.
Recently Google and Apple have adopted new restrictions for auto-playing video on mobile devices. In a nutshell, video that includes sound can not be auto-played, and instead some type of user-interaction must occur in order for video with sound to be played.

The solution is close to my sight and I didn’t see it . It works for me.
The only thing that catches my attention is that to see the change reflected I have to open another browser, clear the cache each time and reload the page so that the changes are seen. As a curiosity.

When you open a webpage in your browser for the first time, it loads images, menus, text styles, etc and might “remember” — or cache — some of these images so that you can load the page more quickly when you return. It is not necessary to open another browser, it is enough to clear the cache and cookies in your browser.

So far this working well with your theme, but when you want to edit a page from the frontend with “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder”, you can’t.
The pugling does not allow updating to its latest version 6.4.2, its theme has version 6.4.0, I think version 6.4.1 reserves this theme.

I have wasted too many hours trying to figure out why this theme is not displaying correctly. And now I have over 300 macious comments, eventhough I have my (under construction) site to not accept comments yet.
You say that, but my site crashed after only 2 days of installing this Pool Maintenance theme with the ThemeREX plugins. Also, this theme zip file did not contain all of the necessary plugins to run the theme. I reached out via a support ticket three times to the authors and all I received was an email asking me to create yet another ticket. I have screen shots showing how cock-eyed the site looked with their buggy theme. This is definitely NOT the quality I have come to expect from ThemeForest. I actually downloaded another AVADA theme last night and the new site is almost ready to publish, because the theme works!!! It costs the same amount of money as the Pool theme, that does not work. Therefore, I insist that my money is returned to me since this Pool theme does not have the correct components, and does not display properly, and I do not have hours and hours to waste - what is the point of buying a theme, if you have to spend hours and hours trying to make it work properly!! I EXPECT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY, OR I WILL TAKE THE STEPS TO GET IT LEGALLY!

I just keep getting emails trying to convince me that nothing is wrong, and i have no issues with my theme. I sent screen shots (limited to 4 on your site) and have plenty more proving that the theme is broken and caused major issues—eventually crashing my site!!!. I have proof that the plug-ins they claim are included in the zip file are not there, and I have proof showing that the theme is NOT displaying properly. I recently purchased this theme and have it running on a localhost via MAMP. However, I am having an issue activating the WP Bakery plugin that comes with the theme. Per the instructions I received, I have to log into my WP Bakery account and select the license I wish to activate via a drop-down. I have logged into my account but there is no such drop-down menu and they are asking me to purchase a license. I am under the impression that it is provided with the theme purchase. Could you please verify with me the steps to activating the license that is provided?
Other than this, I have not run into any problems with this theme.

Your theme comes bundled with WPBakery Builder plugin.
Standalone (or separately purchased) plugins come with their own individual license, while bundled plugins purchased as part of a theme (WPBakery Builder including) can only be used under the same license as the theme they came with.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and dismissed the notifications and everything seems to be working fine. I do have another issue though, for whatever reason the slider on the home page takes a very long time to load (~17-20 seconds). Still currently running it on my localhost but I am going to be uploading it live here soon.. any idea why this may be?

Hmm, seems to be because of this error: ERROR: The Google logo or copyright notice appears hidden from view. Per our Terms of Service, do not obscure any branding elements when displaying a Google Map.
