Hi there, been using your theme since May 2016, yes, a short while after it was initially released! I love this theme but of very recent i am experiencing some difficulty in updating my pages using the bakery builder, it just loads with a white film over the page and a bakery watermark but i can’t edit. Also once I have Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder enabled, i cannot edit my page using the wordpress built in “edit page’ function, it just says, this page cannot be loaded. Help please

Hi,
We are using one of your themes that incorporate the Rev Slider.
However, the slider is failing Core Web Vitals particularly for CLS. The slider does indeed have a smaller height before it is loaded, then adjusts height when the slider images are fully loaded – thus the CLS.
Will the Rev Slider be updated soon to address CLS issue? I am thinking if the slider section will be given an initial height before the slider is being loaded, I think it will solve the CLS issue.
Is there a temporary work-around for it?

hi, i am updating an older version of the theme with the latest version. However, it has many errors. Most of the errors i have fixed, still i cant manage (1) to display the main menu > header2 as its not showing up in bold, (2) layer slider is not showing up at all (3) custom CSS is enabled but not applying (4) short-code errors on home page, (5) Heading font and size is not applying. I have also sent a separate email and did not receive any reply so far. please help

Hi, i already had this theme updated on 26 Feb 21. Some of the problems, is in your child theme which is not loading style from the parent them. when I activated main theme, most of the problems were gone EXCEPT shortcode error (which you guys did not solve INSTEAD, hid the error message from wp-config.php file). Custom CSS section inside theme does not work. Can you please advise re; shortcodes error on the home page? I have fixed other issues myself.

I imported the demo medic but when editing the homepage it got an error when using the backend editor, it just showed the shortcode, not of the element.

On the Woocommerce basket page, we get an error message like this.

Hi, I bought priority and I want to use Wall Decor demo but it is not in demo-content.zip. I tried to search under Appearance>Priority Options but Importer is not present.
I tried also to install Priority Default Demo but an error says “Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded”. I set my php.ini as follows: - max_execution_time 600 - max_input_time 120 - memory limit 512M - max_input_vars 5000 - post_max_size 175M - upload_max_filesize 100M
I also added: - “php_value max_ececution_time 300” in .htacces - define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); in config.php - set_time_limit(3000); in config.php
but the problem is still there.

Yes. If you upload it from Media no problem but if you upload it from any other page (example RevSlider, Pages, Post ecc.) the problem is present.
I have another problem: I want to have a header menu as the one that is in Wall Decor demo, so Header4 but with the background hover color. In order to do this i noticed you add some CSS code on the Wall Decor demo page. Now I need to add this CSS in every single page? I tried it, but in Shop page the CSS code is ignored and the hover background does not work.
