2 quick topics I need help with:
1. When I enable Mega Menu on my SHOP dropdown (for my header menu) Mega menu works fine via laptops,and desktops but the mobile responsive menu will not drop down at all and it makes all sliders on the front page not appear.? When I disable the Mega menu, all sliders on that page appear and the responsive menu dropdown works fine. Is there a way to fix this so desktops,laptops can have mega menu but responsive dropdown works?
Responsive Menu Color: The “Skins” color options…. Right now I have it set to the “green Skin option” but the green is not the right type of green and none of the skins you have to choose from match my logo at all. Why is there not a more basic color choice like Black or Grey skins? Or even if the Green skin was a true green instead of a light green it would be better but it’s just such a washed out green…YUCK! I’m sorry but it almost makes me want to change the entire theme to something else! Please tell me there is a way I can fix this via the backend editor or something… The color choices for your skins needs to be updated ASAP to include the basics…Black and Grey etc .

2) You can create or change your own custom skin into this Priority theme easily as following,
(i). Get into the skins folder from your theme directory (wp-content/themes/priority/css/skins ) , where we’ve added 15 folders with their skin names.
(ii). Just copy and paste any of them, and then rename it with the new skin name you’re about to be added.
(iii). Then you’ll be needed to edit the “style.css” of new custom skin you’ve replicated. (Just like the images, color, background and border color hex codes with your new custom skin color as needed).
(iv). Now you can find you new custom skin folder (created) on your Buddha Panel skin settings. So you can choose your custom skin and save changes.

The visual composer plugin works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. We have just added the plugin compatibility to our theme.

I followed the instructions in the downloaded package. After I had imported the dummy data for “church” and installed the “BuddhaThemes Core Features Plugin”, basically what i all got was 4 breathing dots and nothing else. The theme is not working at all. I emailed the support but they were just repeating what was written in the installation guide and was not helpful at all. I will ask for a refund if issues cannot be fixed in the next 3 days.

Now I’m using development site. After evaluating Priority theme, I will migrate it to production site. At that time, I have to setup it again. Besides, I’m interested in other themes.
I’m software engineer. I can do any operation. So I’d like to know the detailed setup steps rather than you setup it to my site.
I watched introduction video at youtube. I think that the video doesn’t cover all the steps to setup demo sites. For example, it has no explanation to import LayerSlider exported files.

1) You need to install the dummy contents from Dashboard > Appearance> Priority options > Importer choose which theme want to use.
2) Then update the permalinks from Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
3) Change the home page from Dashboard > Settings > Readings.
4) Update the menus locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations.
5) Add slider to layerslider or revolution slider and add it to the home page using the slider options below the editor section.
Note: Make sure you have installed all the recommended plugins before these steps.

The Priority template has once again broken. I was unable to edit PAGES.
In WordPress some of the Buddha plugins needed updating, but wouldn’t update. It says “A valid URL was not provided.”
Before I dumped those three Buddha plugin via FTP, as per instructions, I backed them up. When the site broke I replaced those three pluging and the site is now still broken.

Can you tell me why this keeps happening, and how it can be prevented from happening again?
I use a lot of WordPress themes and this is the only one I’ve ever had issues with.
I am currently trying to do a restore through GoDaddy to fix the immediate issue, but I will still need to be able to edit the site.

I did this EXACT thing, and it caused the issue. I really don’t want to try it again. I had to have GoDaddy restore the site last night.
Also, I had to do this exact thing a few months ago.
Will this theme always have to be updated in this manner?
Can you just send me those three ZIPed plugins? That seems to be the big issue.

I recently received an email about downloading an update, but there was nothing at the link. Now I am unable to edit pages on the site, and I am sure this is related.
Can someone send me the link to download the update, and provide instruction?
Also… why does this theme constantly have to be update in this manner, and not be able to done through WordPress… but though an FTP client?

This may be occurs because of some plugin conflicts so deactivate all plugins except our theme package plugins and check it out.

I am trying to updated the VC Builder plugin, but I cannot update because it says it needs to be activated. When I try to login using the plugin API login (http://support.wpbakery.com/), it tries to log me in to another Envato account that the theme was not purchased under. How can I do this manually or activate the plugin to get updates? I contacted the theme dev and below is there reply.

I am trying to change the background color of the menu on mobile. I cannot find where this is in the options. I’ve even tried CSS. I can change it for Desktop, but when my media query is inserted it does nothing. I can also change the color in Inspect Element with the correct selector, but when I add it to the Custom CSS nothing happens. I have tried the following:

It seems that the template that you have selected for that page has the default logo and the yellow skin, which is why the buddha panel options were overwritten. We have removed the default options from the template settings and now the buddha panel settings will work. Please refer the screenshot for more details.
