Hi There the theme looks great and I’ve bought it however it looks like a lot of the elements aren’t included for example the paitent slide on the homepage of medic or the icon boxes all seem to be custom coded?

small bug: if I drag the window so that the mobile menu appears and then go to another page via the mobile menu. If I then maximise the window and scroll down the sticky menu stops working.

Actually this is not a bug. Resizing the window and checking is only for the layout and the actual responsiveness will work only in the mobile devices. So directly checking in those devices, there wont be any need to resize. So directly loading the site in those particular devices will not create that issue.

I’m writing because I have some big issues with the theme:
First of all I want to assure you know that everything is installed and updated properly. The problems present themselves this way: - after I've activated the page builder and added a sample layout (medical) with full width template, everything look fine until I've decided that I want a "one page" or single page layout for my website so I've changed the the template to "One page template". After this everything got very messy and confusing, you could see the yourself by visiting http://ciprianilinca.com/.
I've also tried deleting all pages and creating new ones, changing themes and layouts but the problem persists, it seems like I cant get rid of any content and every time I make ca change the page content doubles than triples and so on.
An other thing I've tried is deleting the template but no success, after deactivating and clicking on delete template the browser asks if I'm sure, I click yes and nothing happens.
I would also like some guidance on how to properly set up a One Page website with this theme and how to make the parallax menu function for it. I can't find a way to anchor the page sections to the menu and there is no information about this in the provided documentation.

I have the priority theme. The Responsive Styled Google Maps plugin is no longer working. I believe the issues is from a recent google policy change on June 22nd making all apps use their API. I know there is a new version of Responsive Styled Google Maps with API support. Have you updated the licence for this plugin and how would I be able to get the new version?

Hello again. The matters previously resolved work now, however we have another problem and I can’t give away the website that the client can’t edit. When editing certain pages (for example “Get an estimate”) I can’t see the text in the edition boxes, also, a wrong type of the contact form displays in the edition box and a different one on the website. I find it puzzling as how are we supposed to edit website’s content? Please help. You have the credentials but I can resend.

That page contents may be corrupted and it might cause that issue. Just rebuild that one page and this issue will not occur again. We have already updated it in latest version of our theme.

I have been building a test site at: www.battleabbeyschool.com/test and I was wondering if there is a way to move the map at the bottom of the page to stick to the footer so there is no gap between the bottom of the map and the footer on that page only? Thanks.

There is no gap between the map and the footer section. Just logout as admin and then check the front end site. Since you are logged in, there will be a edit link which cause that gap in that section.

I know I have brought this up before but when using a lumia 625 (512mb) Windows 8.1 the phone crashes when viewing the site and also the mobile menu doesn’t often appear unless the page is refreshed twice. It is not a major issue if it is just this device as you previously stated on your windows phone test it works correctly but I thought you should know this. I removed a small line of the code which you instructed me to do to make the mobile menu’s work on apple and androids and since then I see this issue on the windows phone. Again this is only to let you know of the situation.

I just installed your theme. In the Import Demo section the drop down list stopped at Travel. I didn’t get any demos after that. I was most interested in the Business demo and the 2 Corporate Demos but they weren’t on the list.

Really strange problem with IPAD and Iphones. The first page I go to the CSS hover effect works on a menu item but once I have pressed it then from any other page the hover effect does not work. It’s really strange that it only does the effect on the first page that I go to. Any idea how to make the effect work after the first page?
it is almost as if the page loses focus or something which stops the CSS hover effect from working. If I refresh the page and then try the menu the hover effect works again. Any ideas would be grateful thanks.

although if I re-add that line you told me to remove previously then it works fine on my windows phone.

Hi when I add a new menu item or simply move a menu item within the menu the whole thing breaks and I see all the menus stacked. I have to then go to manage locations and select header menu > one page to fix it each time. This only recently started happening. It is not a major issue but slightly annoying.
