I’m using your Advanced Carousel on my home page of schuhchiropractic.deeheffernan.com for text testimonials (4 in the blue row). The text cuts off on tablet and phone sized screens. Is there a way to stop this from happening? A code or CSS you can provide to me? The dragging feature is nice if this is for images, but it’s only text. Thanks!

1) The visual composer plugin works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”.
2) Please update our theme with latest version to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder buddhathemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/ Remove the folder buddhathemes-appointment-addon/ from wp-content/plugins/ Remove the folder buddhathemes-property-addon/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Buddhathemes Core Features, Buddhathemes Appointment Addon, Buddhathemes Property Addon plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hi I am in the comments section as you told me to be. I clicked the link you gave me.
I have a question regarding the expanding menu on apple devices. I have noticed when using an iphone when I scroll the menu it frequently keeps closing before I can select a menu item. it works perfectly on a Windows phone and an android phone however.
is there any tweak to stop it from closing when trying to scroll down the submenu?
Just to add, I used an iphone to test on your demonstration site for the Priority theme and I have the same issue, the hamburger menu keeps closing when you open it. Is there a fix for this many thanks, I do really like the theme.

Hi, I updated the theme to the 10th of June revision. Sadly the sub menus still keep closing when scrolling on Android and Iphones.

How do I embedded lists into tab sections? Short code screen appears in background of tab window (grayed-out). I can select the short code window and options,then click on insert, but the tab window disappears without any short code embedded.

What is the amount of memory to maximize the speed of this theme? Seems like its taking 2x longer to make edits and updating times outs — blowing away edits.

Memory limit (memory_limit) should be atleast 128MB. Also please try the following options for speeding up the theme.
i) Remove the unwanted images, plugins, etc.
ii) Optimize all the images that you have used in the theme.
iii) Use some cache plugins like wp super cache.
iv) Get a good hosting server for your website.

Hi, a minor problem with my portfolio section of my site. I have created two separate pages one to host image galleries and one for video using the portfolio template and simply defining the categories which i want displayed on either page. Fine there. here is the problem, when you move from the default selected “all” category onto say the 2nd one, nothing displays until you either select load more a couple times or if using pagination, selecting a couple pages down.
This is not good, for the average user, when they go to the gallery and select to view the galleries by category, they expect to see well…galleries, they will not know that they have to select load more to get to view them.
Could you kindly help me rectify? My site is in maintenance mode so i wont provide the url here anyway

Still we have not received any mails from you regarding the ftp details. Please mail it directly to support@wedesignthemes.com. For updating the theme you need to follow those steps only. Those are very simple. Just uploading the new files to the server. Thats it in short. If you have made code changes, then by default you need to take the backup, since it will be erased in updates. This is common to all themes.

this moves the text to line up better. However a problem is that the small line underneath moves with it. Do you know how I can fix this?

1- I want to translate the theme but .pot file doesn’t include all.
(e.g. – “home” word in breadcrumbs section – “share this project
sentence” on portfolio pages. ) How can I find?
2- How can I hide details section on portfolio pages. (date, author,
etc.)
3- is it possible to disable breadcrumbs for good? (effective for all
pages and posts)
4- and the last one: in the theme options you wrote mailchip instead of
mailchimp. there is a missing letter. (theme options > general > general

For pages I’m ok, I saw the breadcrumb buttons on each pages. But I don’t want breadcrumbs at all and I need to hide them on :
- posts
- category pages
- search pages (just in case)
