Sorry for your bad experience with the theme, we agree it was complicated to use before. We know it has been a while, but recently launched a major update which addressed many of the problems our customers were facing.
We've made many design and UI improvements to make page editing much easier and we've simplified the options. There are many possibilities with this theme, if you're making a website again, please consider trying the new version. Let us know if you need any guidance as you're learning to use it.
Hopefully we can improve on the 1 star :)

Never buy, not all easy to install and they are not providing installation service...

Just to confirm the installation is the same as other WordPress themes. To install a demo website should be a one click process, if you have trouble please contact support.

The shortcode editor was complicated to master and much of the demo content didn't display properly when edited. Hopefully these bugs will be worked out in future iterations of this young theme.
