Looking for real estate property theme. Does this theme allow for locking content for unpaid users? Would like user to pay membership fee before being able to view exclusive homes or info?

The membership part is created by Paid Memberships Pro plugin. The Membership Level needs to enter a mount for “Initial Payment”, but it could be entered 0. It will be a free member level.
Please note that Rea is not a real estate property theme. It is a Blog/Magazine theme.

Please use “Page” instead of default archive page(the page with title: Latest Posts).
Add a new page, set the category for you blog and page cover, you can set “Post For Cover”.
ps: In REAL > Theme Options > FrontPage selector, pickup the page as homepage

I have 2 other issues: 1) The Pagination on the homepage doesn’t seem to be working. I set it to page numbers but nothing…Neither the “Load More” or “Page number” seems to be working. How do I get this to work? 2) How do I set the post “Read Time”? Is there a formula for its calculation? or do I have to manually enter read time per post each time? It will be great if there was an automated way of getting the accurate read time … Pls let me know how this works.

2) I have “Length” checked in Theme Options > Layout. The issue is that the calculation does not seem accurate. Some short posts are showing long read time for instance a test post with only a couple of paragraphs is showing 22mins read time. I wonder if there is a fix for this? Thanks!

1) I managed to fix the pagination issue – its working now!
2) OK, so we enter the value manually. That’s basically what I wanted to know. If this is calculated automatically or manually. Thanks anyway

Thanks for your reply. Just a last thing : I would like to override the “main.js” file in my child theme to disable the smooth scroll (it really should be a setting, smooth scroll is something heavy and boring 
...).
Can you give me the name of the $handle to dequeue main.js ? I didn’t found it in the main php files.

For the footer blank, please try to deactivate the “Enable Footer Widget For Pages” and “Enable Footer Widget For Post Content Page” in theme option(Real/Layout/)

A last thing (I promise, it’s the last thing :)) : is it possible to put the languages files to the child theme directory ? I tried but it doesn’t work. I also tried to put them in the /wp-content/languages directory but without success.
I don’t want to lose my translation after an update Thanks !

What do you mean with “which screen” ? I went to the demo and wanted to see a page. Don’t know anymore which one. And then the fatal error popped up.
I remember that the Travel theme also had issues with the super-cache plugin … so maybe your coding and super-cache generally don’t ‘like’ each other
btw … the audio pages in the Real demo menu went to 404.

Wonderful theme! Congrats! I bought just as I saw it, because it looks really perfect.
Unfortunately it doesn’t fit the standards of wordpress. The gallery doesn’t work with the normal tags but with ux_gallery tags. This is a real showstopper because I had to work on all my post – slightly above 900! Is there a different way to get this wonderful theme to work?

The wordpress default gallery and ux_gallery are 2 different Shortcodes. Did you mean that make all of existed gallery shortcode work as ux_gallery shortcode? If it is, we need to make some test. If it works, I want you know that the GALLERY SETTINGS of default shortcode would not work with ux_gallery.

Hi, thank you for purchasing our theme. It is not supported auto-update now. If you want to update, please remove old theme firstly, install the latest zip again. Or upload the changed files (marked in log) only by FTP.

- Did you mention the cover image? If the post/page is not set a featured image. It would be shown the default image (set in theme options)
- The logo could be set as text or image, the demo site is set by image, the font is Kefa.
- The related posts and author info is set in theme options (refer screenshot), the sidebar is set in each post (refer screenshot).
