Hey. Quick question: None of the columns shortcodes seem to be working for me. I’ve tried a few and none seem to be floating correctly. For example, I tried 6/12 + 6/12 and the second column is not flowing to the right. See: http://bijacapital.com/sandbox/

Hi, we tried to add responsive videos in slider but was not consistent in all browsers, so we dropped video support in slider.
Default homepage layout is 4 column, and is not customizable via settings panel, you need to make further customization to achieve this.

I get that you can now turn on or off the cropping mode for portfolio page/latest projects/blog page/latest posts images. Is there a way that I can control what the autocrop dimensions are. I think I like the crop to keep it consistent but I would like to change the autocrop dimensions to a different aspect ratio. What file do I need to change to do that? Thanks

I had a question about the Slider. When you go to the homepage, it automatically cycles through the slides. If you click the buttons at the bottom to go back to a slide, or skip forward to a new slide, the slideshow stops. Is there a pause button or a way to make the cycle continue after viewing a slide, or moving the mouse off the slide area? Thanks for the killer theme and all the help so far.
Hi, yes you can make the slider loop when hovering out the slider, go to main.js line : 159, where flexslider setup code is, and add a new parameter below;
pauseOnHover: true,
then your code should be looking like this;

How do I connect a category in the categories widget to a post ?
I have activated the categories widget, published a post selected a category to go with that post..When I select the category on the post page it goes to the home page, although the Url is correct, i.e http://beepdesigns.com/category/inspiration/

Hi, this is weird, it’s working fine at our side. You can try;
—update the theme to the latest version
—update your wordpress to latest verson
—disable all plugins to see if a plugin causes this.
Hi i tried to update the theme to the latest version to resolve my category issue but i received the following error The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hi, i guess you are trying to install the whole package, unzip again and find responsy-v2.0.zip, and install this.
Is there a way we can add more than one contact details on the contact page?

Also upgraded and nothing works. well, menu is resolved by re-adding it, but rest of them…oh well. Did manage to add some but others no way and in my opinion when changing all structure from 1 version to other should offer dummy data to users. Not for sub-versions thru’. But this is at the latitude of developer. Good job anyway.

Hey, I like the theme and started to transfer my site over to 2.0. I’m running into problems with the Homepage – Services & Responsy Editor Content widget.
I have a Homepage with Slider setup. I tried putting Services in the Homepage content, as show in the documentation but that doesn’t work anymore because of the new widgetized homepage.
I went into widgets and added “Responsy Editor Content” and that half-worked. The Services appear but the formatting is off:
- The Editor widget seems to ignore the Slider placement and puts the Editor Content underneath the slider. - The responsive layout is off as well, the Services being way out to the right and not inline with a mobile screen.
Anyone else having this issue?

i’ve recently bought this theme and trying to set it up. i have a few questions:
1) is it possible to change the size of the map on the contact page? 2) i set up my portfolio. i posted 2 galleries under the portfolio, one of them has two departments checked. http://ugurvidinligil.com/photography/ it only shows the departments with items under it. here, it shows me “food and drink” but when i click it it doesn’t show the item under it. how can i fix it? 3) i want to make two different portfolio pages. one is photography as shown here: http://ugurvidinligil.com/photography/ and the other one, i want it to be for my videos. is it possible to make two seperate portfolio page with seperate content?

1- You can use Custom CSS to change the height of google map, copy the code below to Responsy Settings > Style > Custom CSS box;
.map iframe { height:300px !important; }
2 – We have fixed this in v2.0.
3 – You can setup multiple portfolio pages using sub departments. This feature is also added in v2.0. Also documentation is updated in v2.0.

You can download and install v2.0 as a different theme. You can still use the old version same time.
HI, I have just updated to 2.0 and for some reason i have lost half the home page. I had the services, latest jobs, and clients all set up. I havn’t click the radio buttons in the home page setup.

Hi, in v2.0, homepage is widgetized. Just navigate to Appearance > Widgets, drag and drop homepage widgets to “homepage widget area”, your homepage settings are saved.

I am having trouble getting the shop to format correctly, despite selecting ‘Full Width Page’ in the Page Options for ‘Shop’, it is putting in that right side bar with all my standard page widget etc. Even though the width of the content of that page is only about 300px, it is pushing everything over to the right and and dropping the widgets down in to the footer.
I’d like to just have it full page, without the widgets, or ideally set up a new set of widgets that have all the WooCommerce-related widgets in there.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi, we have just tested Full Width Page template, it works fine, no sidebar appears. You can try to create a new “Full Width Page” page with simple content to test it. Maybe a plugin is causing this error, because sidebar is not in the right position even. By the way, v2.0 is out, you can update to latest version.

How do I utilize the the Pade Sidebar 2 so I can have a different set of Widgets on the right side of the shop? I’d like to use completely different Widgets on the shop, Widgets that come with WooCommerce. Is this possible?
By the way, I updated to 2.0 and I am having a problem with the main menu on the top not styling properly, it just appears as an unstyled list?

After updating to v2.0, you need to go to Appearance > Menus, and reselect your menu, and save settings.
