1-) this status appears when importing the dummy data in two times,
2-) delete dummy content(posts, pages, slides and portfolio items) and reimport dummy data,
3-) or delete second page which duplicated.
for deleting a page firstly delete its link from navigation menu.

it is working on my test platform and there is no copyright html merkup in your source code, update the footer.php file and try it again.
Have re-uploaded footer.php to the 2.1 theme folder, still not working. It should say: © Viva Digital™ 2012. All rights reserved.

3-) on the web this is your site source code;
4-) and this is my site source code;
5-) in your site source code there are no copyright html markup codes, it is weird, where are the codes?

7-) deactivate your all plugins and try it again.

1-) Go to WordPress Admin: Appearance > Menus, find “Navigation Menu” drop down list, select the created menu and save it.
2-) Go to WordPress Admin: Settings > Reading, find “Front page” drop down list, select your home page and find “Posts page” drop down list, select your blog page and save changes.
How do the site template and WP template differ? Is the WP site 100% WP?
It would be great if there was a both straight .html files and WP pages (as it would be easier to edit the HTML pages) – and at the same time have a WP site.
Does the WP come with both page types?

Hi, Just updated to V2.1 and noticed that on the individual portfolio item pages the image is moved over to the left (not aligned with the dotted title lines as it was before) The images are all the recommend sizes and were aligned before the update.
- Also, i tried to use the new feature- easily customize portfolio single fields title (client-description.) and could not seem to get that to work. I just enter my new text in the box before “Customize title” and update the page and nothing seems to happen.
Lastly, is it a bad idea to have a page set up as a portfolio page, and also have a couple individual department menu items at the same time? when I have set it up that way I will often get a 404 error when trying to go to the portfolio item page. A few times I would end up back to the portfolio page. If I do only one way or the other it works out fine.

1-) Portfolio single image align issue : thanks for reporting that, will fix right away in the next update.
2-) Hi we have tested portfolio single fields, and they are working fine, make sure you have updated all theme files if you are overriding old theme.
3-) If you are encountering 404 pages on some portfolio items, you can try delete and recreate these portfolio items to see if the problem solved.
Hi again, just tested the potfolio single fields customize titles feature again, it only works on gallery type portfolio items, we will add support for other type portfolio items in the next update, thanks for the feedback.

1-) Portfolio single page sidebar is widgetized, you can add text widget and create a new button easily with some html.
2-) You can easily change the height for thumbnails, but you need to digg in to css in order to change the width of portfolio thumbnails, currently widths are optimized for 5 column responsive layout.

Hi you can upload new version as a seperate theme, it wont override old version, just activate the new version, your settings are saved.

I am considering buying this theme. I will use it for a portfolio and the slider feature is very important for me. On your demo page, the slider indicator below the image does not seem to work after it has changed once. From there, it will stay at the same position. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, currently slider is available for homepage and for other pages as shortcode, we will add support for editor content (so you can use slider shortcode) to blog page. Thanks for the feedback.

I’m hoping to buy this theme, but am trying to get a better understanding if how multiple portfolio pages work. If you add a portfolio page for a specific department, can you then filter by sub-departments or tags?
Also, is there a way to add a search box to the header?
Hi, when in a specific department’s page, sub departments of this specific department are being showed filtered, its that simple. You can create unlimited portfolio pages by nesting departments.
Currently search box is available only in sidebar, we will consider it adding to header.
