Subject: Request for Refund or Theme Replacement

Dear Support Team/Theme Provider,

I recently purchased your theme but encountered several issues during installation and setup:

Elementor Plugin Compatibility – The theme does not support the latest version of Elementor. The supported version is only 3.25.0. Demo Data Import Issue – Not all images are imported and loaded correctly. Installation Error – After uploading and installing the theme, it shows a “Link Expired” error. Plugin Installation Issue – The following plugins do not install via the uploading system: ef5-systems ef5-import-export RevSlider (These plugins work when manually uploaded but appear broken.) Theme Update Concern – The last update was on July 31, 2022, and the original publish date was August 18, 2021. Due to these unresolved issues, I request either a full refund or the option to exchange this theme for another one that is fully functional and up-to-date.

Hello there, My manager bought this theme and when I’m trying to install it I followed the steps in the documentation but the import demo page doesn’t show any demo to import! it shows a white page under the green box
