When I add a page that has a mansonry media grid inside, it does not display in sections, it remains loading, but if I enter the individual link of that page it displays perfectly. how do I fix this?

Hi, all design settings from pagebuilder are completely ignored in my installation. I added bg colors and paddings, visible in the classic editor but removed in frontend. A known issue?

You should enter Google Maps API Key if you use Maps section. Otherwise, parallax JS code doesn’t work.

Portfolio code is designed to open the project in a section at homepage.
You can disable it by removing the JS code in “assets/js/main.js” which can be made by Appearance / Theme File Editor.
If you’re not familiar with WP code editing, you can PM me your site’s WP login info.

Don´t know why, but the marker in the google map sometime shows, sometimes it doesn´t. any clues ? Am capable of php, html and css, so a “pro” answer is ok. Kind regards, Alex
You can check if your site generates JS error. And, you should add Google Maps API Key to theme options.
JS code is in assets/js/main js
Hi, Just installed a fresh WP (6.1.1.) on AWS Lightsail. After uploading the Theme “royal.zip” and the required plugins, I don’t see a “Royal” menu item on the left side of the WP menu.
I do see the “Site Sections” icon
Any ideas how to debug the “Royal” menu item missing?

Did you install it with Bitnami or Amazon Lightsail?
I’m pretty sure the AWS Lightsail uses Bitnami, when you select the App+OS bundle: WordPress Certified by Bitnami and Automattic 6.1.1-13
Also it uses PHP 8.X, would that be an issue? I found a few warnings in the logs. All similar to this one:

I use PHP 8.x, too. “header-sticky” is a theme option.

Just to close the loop, the only way I could get it to work was tweak how the theme calls: initSettings() in redux.php.

Your site seems working properly. But, you should provide and enter “Google Maps API Key” by “Royal / General”.
Also, you can re-order or add/remove sections by Site Sections.

You’ve 3-4 sections which are visible on home. You can make a fresh WP installation demo content import if you didn’t modify theme.

It seems like your site gives a PHP error or missing Site Sections. You should enable debug mode.

You don’t need to pay for Redux plugin. And also, you can remove extra installed plugins coming with free version of Redux.

You should enter “Google Maps API Key” in order to use Maps. If you keep it empty and go on using the map, other JS codes don’t run and gives empty background image errors, too.
