I am beginning to install the theme in my website and I have having a could of issue with it.
1. The typography Font size option does not save and reflect on the front end. 2. There is no Member Information metabox in the team edit page as specified on the documentation.

1. I want to get rid of the hover effect on “client” logos. Same on the “service” icons can you tell what i have to do? 2. Using “Slideshow and Text Slider” the text on the first slide doesn’t load when “Page Loader is disabled. How can i fix that?

If you disable page loader, the slider can’t run and the screen shows an intro image without slideshow image. Because, it waits for the full JS loads.
You need to remove following style from layout/style.css for clients hover effects:
.clients img:hover {
opacity:1;
}
For services hover effect you should edit layout/colors/YOUR_SELECTED_COLOR.css and remove the following style:

You should edit both Royal plugin source code and Royal theme layout/js/main.js to do it.

hello, I’ve bought the Royal theme and it’s really handy. Right now I’m looking for setting a video in the service section beside another service and it doesn’t seem to work out well. The video is there but truncated (I only see a line instead). Doesn’t it have to deal with the theme ? Is there a way to solve this issue here ? Thanks in advance

You can add custom CSS by Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS.
Or, edit layout/media.css.

Hello, I’m sorry but I’m lost. I’ve followed all your directions so far, but i can’t figure out how to change video on the Header Style – Video Background. And when I used the backed editor on the Page of Header Style – Video Background to add rows and other items, nothing updates on the site. I’m simply looking to create a one page scrolling parallax. I’ve also read through other support comments and you mention Site Sections but I don’t see those anywhere in the WP admin panel. Sorry for my lack of expertise – I have built other sites using different wordpress themes so i’m not a complete newbie appreciate your help

Sorry I didn’t have one plugin activated which wasn’t showing the Video ID fields. I could still use some assistance. I’m looking to create a simple one page parallax site. A video background for the top section, and about 5 other sections that are either plain white/solid color or parallax image or video background. I want menu to link to sections on this main homepage. I’m using the Header Style – Video Background page. How do i setup the other sections here? And I’ve setup the fonts but the header styles aren’t coming through – is that because it’s using the demo content settings? I just could use a little help getting this setup how I want then I’ll be fine. Thank you.
You need to create each sections as separate “Page”. Then, add them into “Site Sections”. After that, add menu items into Appearance / Menus and set the menu as “Primary Menu”.

You can’t add custom signs to milestone counters. Because, they get the circle percentage from the value.
You can add custom CSS via Appearance / Customize. “Additional CSS” section.

That makes sense about the milestone counters. I’ve used your custom CSS but nothing changed. How do i specifically add a % or $ to one of the counter numbers?
Also, i still can’t get any of the header fonts to change. Just stays as Arial. I’ve tried by creating a new page and adding in elements but nothing changes. Only the paragraph/content font is working as it should.
You can’t add $ or % to counters. They need to be numbers.

You need to add your own CSS by Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS and put its classname into the row.
You just need remove “Video Control” from parallax video page.

If you want to remove breadcrumbs on blog post page you can search for “dimox_breadcrumbs” on the all theme or single.php.

For contact form, you can edit Royal Theme Features plugin languages folder by adding your language file. Or, open Plugins / Plugin Editor. Select “Royal Theme Features”. Open shortcodes/class.shortcodes.php. Go to line 580 or search for “Name”.

Search for mb_YTPlayer which is between 516 and 529.
You can set “mute:false”.
We created a separate page with the background video so this video is no longer on the front page and after doing the changes above we still don’t get the video sound. When we add a video control it does not work either. Thanks
You should set mute:false from main.js as I said.

and it does not change anything : I still have no sound on my video.

I have two questions about the implementation of the design, which the internet or here the comments could not answer (or I am blind

We want to implement the design similar to the demo (https://themes.athenadesignstudio.com/?theme=royal_wp). But I get the Image Slideshow or content but not both (Image Slideshow on top and info/texts below etc.).
How can I implement this correctly?
Question two, is a pro license for WPBakery Page Builder included with the design or do you have to buy it separately. I don’t need it yet, but we are not done with the design of the page, maybe I still need it.

If you refer to version 1.7 released on 23/04, I already installed it days ago, but the problem persists.
But, your site still shows 2 menus. One is visible when page is scrolled. I changed it to only one menu.

Hello! I want to know how I can translate my page to another lengague. For example, I am translating all the pages but when I want to see section in the principal page (paralax) in the second lenguage It appears empty. How can I use the polylang in the different section of the theme. Thank you!

You need to edit “admin_texts_royal_sections” JSON value by changing page IDs.

I have built a site using the Royal theme. On my homepage, I have video background sections. When accessing the website on a tablet or phone the video background sections/pages are inaccessible to the user.
What can I do to have the homepage or video background sections become mobile-friendly?

Some mobile devices don’t allow videos to play automatically. You can add callback image from homepage option.
