Others are the same. So, at 1st, you can test it on a demo site before updating.

I changed its name. Remove Royal Core plugin and install Royal Addons if you updated theme.

Hi. I’m using a Plugin to connect an external service. To integrate it, i have to place a shortcode. The Problem is, in the Preview of the site, where the shortcode is inserted, the site looks great. But if i integrate this site in the homepage, using the SiteSection, the stylesheet (for the elements of the theme) is broken. But if i remove the shortcode, the section looks ok. The conflict in short: shortcode in a site, everything looks ok; this site as a section, everthing looks good, too. BUT Shortcode in the site as a section, the stylesheet is broken. Hope you can understand my description. Thx!

You can look at Royal Theme Features plugin. I think, you need to enter Google Maps JS API key in theme options.

Which editor should I use for portfolio items to show correctly.
I use live editor with columns, widgets etc. which shows it alright but when I preview it in the site everything goes one thing under the other.

You can open your browser’s developer tools to check the issue.
Your link settings should be like “portfolio/item-1”. So, check WP link settings also.

Hi. I tried to update to 1.8 from the June 1.7 version and it basically broke the layout. It´s white box with the menu and the royal logo. Thankfully I was able to revert back to 1.7. I don´t if anyone else had this issue or if the developer had encountered it.
You should remove & reinstall “Royal Theme Features” plugin, too.
I’m having the same problem as user oskarox (comment posted 5 months ago). The header video appears cropped/zoomed in. I bought this theme years ago and it worked fine for a long time, but somewhere over the past year one of the updates has caused this to happen.
It’s the result of Youtube API update or video resolution issue. Because, I only used external JS code to call the video.
I’ll update the theme to fix some bugs.
