Hello! Shelly is compatible with the latest Elementor versions. Please make sure the theme and Shelly Helper plugin are updated to the latest version(1.1.3)
Thanks. We already have theme version 1.1.3, but for some reason the Shelly Helper was still version 1.0.14 and there was no alert or notification for us to update to the latest version, even when visiting the Install Plugins tab in Appearance section. However, we managed to find the latest Shelly Helper/Core plugin in the themes “inc” folder on the server and updated that plugin by uploading the zip file through WP plugin upload functionality. And then updated Elementor with no issues. Thanks.

what is the default font? and can you change to other fonts for example Arial?
Hello! The default font is Roboto but you can manage it. For pages that do not use Elementor builder, you can change the fonts through the Customizer. For Elementor pages- via the Site settings.

Hello! The Shelly theme does not include any overridden Woocommerce pages. That is, the default checkout page should be used. In any way, I can’t reproduce the issue with WooCommerce on our side. Please specify how to find the shop page on your website to reproduce the problem on the checkout page.
Hi, firstly i need that you created a very nice theme! 
I have two question to this theme.
1. Teachers: When I will create new one or use old one there are set default value for Fb (#), insta (#), linkedin (#), phone number (+2 342 5446 67), educaiton (Music School of Music Arts) and experience (10 years). Is there a possibility to remove it completly?
2. Photo inserted in theme: there is no restrictions to use photos which are inserted into theme?
Hello! 1. You can remove all data from these fields https://take.ms/2JBBf on the existing teacher pages and they will not be displayed.
2.Any images that can be uploaded to the WordPress media library can be used in the Shelly theme.

1. Can you describe step by step how to reproduce the problem because I don’t see any data being restored after deletion? 2. The images in the theme demo were downloaded from Envato Elements. Therefore, to use them for your live site, you need to have your image licenses by downloading them with an Envato subscription. 1. Open teachers list
2. Click edit under one teacher
3. The data from screenshot is loaded
4. Removing this default data
5. Save
6. Click edit under the same teacher as in point 2
7. Default data (teoritically in point 4 removed) is shown

The masonry gallery has a specific way of image displaying and may not be displayed so smooth on mobile https://take.ms/Duk7d Therefore, you can hide this gallery for mobile devices.
Hello! Is this theme optimised to be used with Visual Composer?
Hello! The Shelly theme is designed for the Elementor builder and some of the functionality is available only through the Elementor widgets. Using the Visual Composer you will lose part of the functionality.
Iv been using it with Envato Elements.. However it seems i can not activate the theme, since i don’t have a purchase code ( only a lincese code provided by envato elements. ) How can i use the Theme settings since its not activated?
Hello! All the theme functions work without activation via a purchase code, except for automatic theme updates. So, you can still use the Shelly theme
How are the actual classes created and operated? Are the classes live or on demand video, or on demand text? Are the classes text, video, etc.?

Thank you so much for Shelly updates! We’re coming from Envato Elements, and our project uses this theme. We noticed that this theme is no longer available on the market, and instead of theme, there’s Elementor Kit.
Could you please send us the theme version? Without this, we can’t use PHP 8.0 or WordPress 6.X version.

Hello, the theme is ready for translation into different languages as they have the prepared .pot template for the Shelly theme and Shelly Helper plugin. So, you can use any convenient tool(like Loco Translate or others) to create new language files based on the .pot templates and add the translation.
Why isn’t it clear before purchasing that there are outside elements required t0 install this theme? IE there’s no mention that I’d also need to purchase Elementor Pro to install this theme so it actually worked as shown.
Hello! The Shelly theme requires some 3rd party free plugins including Elementor Builder as stated in the item description. The Elementor Pro is not required, it was not used when building the demo.

Hello, I decided to reinstall it on web hosting (i was testing on Local by Flywheel) Now i cannot import demo data, it’s getting stucked in the “Importing Content” and nothing happens

I tried also via the Tools>Import> WordPress and i get a blank page

I noticed that it fails when i check the option “Download and import file attachments” so i managed to improt without this option but now i don’t have the images.

Is it possible to add a grid of teachers on the homepage (like you have in your demo) but not link to their profile pages? We basically want to show the teachers we have, but we don’t want to build a profile page for each one.

Hi. Great looking theme. When I visit the theme on my phone, the image gallery on the homepage is hidden. But your description on the theme page says image galleries are responsive. Is there a way to show the gallery you have on the homepage on small mobile devices?
We states about our responsive design and it really is. Some galleries are hide on mobile because the style of this type of gallery doesn’t look accessible enough on small devices.
