I need urgent support for my purchased template!
Hi xooboo, so sorry for this. You need to access the builder from the zip package you can download from the purchase page. Once you unzip the template simply open Builder.html inside “Template Builder” folder. From there it will ask you the purchase code. You can find the Purchase Code in your License Certificate & Purchase Code .txt file in your “Downloads” section, on the right of the item’s download button.

I just spent 2 hours creating an email template. Now everything is gone because the builder tells me I don’t have a license. Code was entered correctly. What can I do? This is quite frustrating.

Hi shorabc, yes the template works with Sendy by using the HTML version during the export process in the editor.

Testing in MailChimp/ManDrill works great. But when its sent to Outlook and Gmail, two key issues:
- Font drops to times Roman (not even Arial – which is defined) - None of the BG images even show up at all

When I edit the email template in HTML editor, it looks fine. When I send the email via an email service provider (M…....p), the content is displayed in a single column. It looks like it forces to display the email content as a mobile resolution on a regular desktop screen.
How can I fix this ?

I get a mobile display on Gmail, Yahoo Mail when I read the content from a desktop screen (email sent from Mailchimp). After converting the template in inline CSS, the media queries get completely wrong (content featured in a single column on a HD desktop screen).
Could you send us the template file you are using at stefano.marra1987 [at] gmail.com? So we fan male some tests.

Hi Stefano,
I did a test sending into your mailbox. The template used is the one taken from the Templates Folder. Here is the file path: Showtime Package V1 > Templates > Default > HTML > Blue.html
I didn’t change the code of “Blue.html”. After converting the template in inline CSS, the email layout looks different. It used only 1 column instead of 2.
There is a problem with the media queries. Whatever I do I receive the mobile version on my HD desktop screen.
Hi scope123, have you tried sending a test mail without converting the template in inline css? because it should work perfectly without any changes.

Just purchased, “license and purchase code” file is not in the download page next to the download button of the item as stated. No way to unlock the template builder!

I like it but if I view it in IE9, a majority of the images become one pixel in height which is a problem if people want to view in the browser.
It also breaks fairly badly on Android Gmail, especially in portrait mode.
Hi vkansanen, I will check the issue on IE9 and let you know as soon as possible.
For the android Gmail issue… The problem is that gmail has an “auto-fit” function that tries to adjust the width of the email if it doesn’t fit in the viewport of the device.
This auto-fit function can be disabled from the options, once the email has been opened in gmail, but there is no hack that fixes this problem from code.

The template looks beautiful on my browser but when it goes to an Outlook email client everything breaks. I’m using it for B2B marketing so Outlook is a must. Any guidance you can give?

There’s also something causing it to get filtered out of many inboxes. Maybe whatever’s broken?

I bought the template because I want to customize the template builder with my brand images / colors / ... and save it to my local computer to build new newsletter each month.
I do not want to customize every month all the template. Any idea?

Hi detalier, thanks for purchasing Showtime, and sorry for the late reply.
Well, this is actually not possible, the builder runs on php that processes the request on our server. However you can save your templates for further use. Just use the save/load feature we introduced some weeks ago. It was developed for this purpose. You can find this feature on the bottom left side of the builder (Template List). Let me know if this could help
