great design
Customer support is keep telling me to use their paid subscription to modify the email template. I asked them for help, but they only offering their paid subscription service. I a bit disappointed, I needed to modify it for my info with some drag and drop editor, can't find the way.

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed.
The template can be edited using a code editor like Adobe Dreamweaver or Atom or an online service like StampReady.
The latter does include a drag-and-drop editor as you requested, and the emails are fully compatible.
I have been using this set for 2+ years now and its great! Very clean and modern emails for simple apps. Would definitely recommend and would purchase more from this author.
