Had this for more than 6 months, and I didn't need the support. I have already created a working site, but was halted last 4 months ago. When I tried to make it working again, npm install wouldn't work anymore because of dependencies, and creating a new updated project from them, npm install command would not work right out of the box. there are also lots of vulnerable packages, around 75, mixing from severe to low. Tried to remove unused dependencies, but still bugs. As I have said, right from the start of the project. I tried contacting them through email on the right side and not through the official support because i did not avail, and they declined to help with it, and told me to go through the official support.

This is by far my worst purchase on envato in years... The developers don't know (because they haven't even tested it) that the template (the Laravel version) doesn't work "out of the box". The template has bugs, the documentation has several errors, and the support is even worse. After 2 separate attempts, spaced several months apart, the 2 "releases" of the templates have the same types of errors and the "support team" lacks the knowledge to resolve the issues. To be honest, they can't: because the problems are in their code, in the documentation, and the lack of expertise. My recommendation: don't waste your time and money with this developer.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Looks like the error you are facing is because of cache in your machine not with the template. We have many customers are using this without any issues. You may also face this issue with the other templates with similar packages as its older version stored in your system cache. Please do not use rating wrongly.
