For an active website, you should only activate and import each part of the data. You should not use the one-click feature, because this can easily lead to conflicts with existing website data.

I have a concern, when I added whatsapp button to single product page using two different plugins one after the other ” one click whatsapp ” and “quick whatsapp-chat-and-orders-for-woocommerce”. The button added doesn’t redirects to the whatsapp chat, instead it always shows add to cart.

Hi, I think when you buy new version (1.6) , you just need to replace the file. Will not affect your css changes. Unless you delete the database and reinstall from scratch, everything will be lost.

With sofass theme you don’t need Premium things like premium elementor, premium contact 7 and Premium revolution slider. If you want to use it, you need to register for a paid account
I want to remove / edit the information under tags in single product page named, “Delivery & Return, Shipping Information, Composition & Care”. How I can remove and add new details with link text there?
Also, what is the “X” means in every product thumbnail image on mouse hover and how can I remove or edit those 3 right side icons? only compare text shows on mouse hove but not the other 2 icon; the ‘Heart’ & the ‘X’.

To remove /edit information under these tags, go to Admin / Theme Options / Shop Settings / Single Product
The “X” is the quickview icon, there are also wishlist and compare in those 3 icons. Do you just want to keep compare ?

Hello, good afternoon. Since a few months ago I installed the template in my online store and I could just finish configuring it, however when I try to add several products in my shopping cart the last product I added is deleted, I can only add one.
I am using a shipping plugin called Dr. Send. I thought that was the problem but when I try another template that is set in WordPress, this error does not occur.
