Hi, bought the theme but have problem importing Demo Content\softa-demo.wpress.
Using drag&drop it get stuck on 0% indefenetly, importing from file it fail asking to check the content has been exported with All-In-One WP Migration.
How can i solve this problem?
Hello! Please check the php limit max_file_upload. It has to be more than uploading filesize. You can change it in the PHP settings of your hosting.

hello, it seems my theme loads many unused fonts making my site slower…all the speed test i did indicate a huge load of unused fonts… how do i get rid of those fonts
Hello! You can change it in the Theme Options->Typography. Also, you can use your own font, not loading from Google fonts.

Hello! What theme version do you use? Also, the main theme version has to be activated, not the child. Try to click twice. If this won’t help you, please contact our support team, they’ll help you to solve this issue.
I’m using version 1.2.5, i have activate the main theme version & also click twice. the first click will show “Dear consumer, the theme was successfully activated. Thank you.” while the second click will show “The purchase code is wrong”

On all of my Woocommerce pages when you view them on mobile devices the menu loads open and cannot be closed. It cuts out about 80% of the screen and renders all these pages inaccessible.
You said in your ‘reply’ to me that I just need to press the menu button. THE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!!!
On all other pages the menu button on mobile devices opens and closes succesfully, but on mobile devices it does not work properly.
Please advise me to how to resolve this issue asap or I will seek a refund.

okay thanks! for some reason it looks like code is verified now. However, when i try to generate thumbnails it goes up to 40% and then says 68 errors then my website crashes. Do you have a solution for this?
