Regarding: I asked refund and bought new theme, they 2 months ignored me and today declined inbox refund.
And theme answer: Without a solid issue refund is not allowed.

I bought theme in July 2024, WooCommerce plugin wasn’t working. Now in Sept 2024, still not working and they promise to update.
DO not recommend theme and developer.
Also, the item doesn’t work the way it should.
Using this theme I am not able to collect money from clients.
Deleted after couple days and bought Prisma.
By the way, support says submit a ticket, but they deleted my previous ticket in their system.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi, I am adding my purchase code in order to submit a ticket and get error. On My account page where users are registering, the selection of country list goes all the way down in the footer and stop on letter C Also I have installed Dokan Pro on top of woocomerce. After choosing product, basket, proceed to payment it stops. Also with Dokan Pro it is suppose to show multiple payment options but it doesn’t
