I am seeing a large gap at of empty space at the top on iPhone 7’s mail client…any work arounds?

Getting the following error for the Product, Service and Company Name section -“Editing disabled: Duplicate mc:edit” error messages in the footer area. In Preview mode on Mailchimp it lists all 3 columns as “Your Company Name”. Seem to be missing a few sections on import as well.

Hi daleh sorry to hear that, have you tried to export the template from the builder? It should work with no issues from the builder.

I tried builder earlier but I kept getting a “500 Error” once I put in License code. If you can export it for me that would be great. Here are the images of errors and layouts I do not see as per mailchimp import.

Is there any way to edit this file in Mailchimp without using HTML coding?

Hi CancerGenetics just export the template for Mailchimp and you will be able to edit the file with the Mailchimp editor.

How customizable is this? On your builder example everything seems awfully hard to edit.

Hello, I’ve imported the template using Mailchimp, but I cannot edit the single blocks, texts and photos in the design section. How can I do this?

Could you do some tests like I did?

Having a similar issue as most… when I export I am getting an error that I have not yet purchased the product. I don’t see where to enter a coupon code anywhere. Please help, thank you!

This template has some issues on mobile I haven’t been able to fix. 1. The shadow under the boxes shows up different on mobile – there’s a vertical line in the middle of the shadow area. 2. Images do not rearrange properly. The 2 and 3 image blocks show up on mobile with 1 way out of line with the others (justified to the wrong side) 3. Images with text and the button also show up weird in mobile. Instead of just moving to center above the text, it floats to the left. Please fix~ thanks

Hi jexanroi can you please send us a screenshot of the issues. If there are some issues we can solve, we will solve it. If you are experiencing these issues on Gmail on mobile, this could be to the auto-fit function that Google automatically apply. Note that this can’t be fixed by us unfortunately because Gmail doesn’t use media query for responsiveness.

Hello, I just purchased the template, and I send it by mail to test and the display on my mobile is just totally screwed

I tried again but it changed nothing, I tested it on Nexus 5(OS:4.9) and Nexus 6(OS:5.0.1)

Ok I did some other test, If I use your template on a navigator, the responsive is ok, but on a mobile, the display is screwed but with the option you mentionned unchecked, it display correctly but it not anymore responsive. So it didn’t expect what I need, a responsive for mobile.

Unfortunately Gmail doesn’t support media query (responsive) and cannot be fixed by code. Here is a list of clients that support media queries: https://litmus.com/help/email-clients/media-query-support/ However I will do some further test.

If there are some other things I can do to help you out, just let me know

I’ve been using the template for some time now and recently noticed that emails with dates and times are arriving without those items visible in mobile clients, in particular iPad and iPhone. Not sure what’s going on there, but would appreciate any insights you have on how to avoid this in the future. These items display in desktop browsers and in the Mailchimp preview tools.

Two questions: 1. Used the template and imported html into Madmimi. All looks good except the mobile responsive is not working at all. Any ideas? I can forward a test email.

2. Outlook seems to remove font and spacing. Can this be corrected?

Still waiting for an answer. Issues persist. Responsive does not work at all in any device. Outlook format and font settings don’t retain.

Other than that its a really easy template to create emails and then modify the html to make it great.

Hi kentdavies, sorry for this inconvenience. Are you trying to export a template form the builder? Try to use a different browser, somethimes this could help with exporting. Let me know

I tried exporting from the template builder no go, when I tried another browser it wouldn’t give me the option to enter my product key and kept taking me to a buy page.

Open the file in the package, from there you can to access the builder by entering a purchase code.

Hi Amélie, you need to access the builder from the package you downloaded and enter the purchase code to have full access to the export features. You can find the purchase code in the download page on themeforest, in the “certificate and purchase code” file.

Hi, I can’t seem to export in any format from the template builder. I have the drop down options, but then when I choose one of them and hit export, nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Another question…what if my images don’t have a URL? How can I get them into the template? I’m all new to this, so thank you in advance for helping out!

Hi Helen, if you use mailchimp you can upload the images in their editor. Otherwise you need to store the images on a server first and use the url.
