The package you buy includes the sample data, which have all resource (data and images) you can use to install the website looks exactly like our demo. The sample data installation is similar to magento default sample data installation, you can read how to in detailed document comes with the package.

Dear Envanto, I am the owner of the following siteweb: www.bindigiochi.it and I am going to change the Theme. I would like to propose to my webmaster the theme “Start – Multi-Purpose Responsive Magento Theme” but I need to know if buying the regular license my webmaster can do all the personalization I need. We will insert many graphic elements to change the front-end.
Is it possible to see the back-end magento configuration of the theme and to try it as a demo?

Hi, this is a pre-sale question.
I already have a store working, but I want to change the theme, and I loved your theme, my only concern is that my store have a lot of plugins installed and I don´t want to run under compatibility issues. So, my questions are: 1) Do you offer installation for the theme? 2) Can you check/fix the compatibility issues I might have?
Another option is, I buy the theme, install in a temporary domain, and than transfer to the new one (I know this is the one that will gonna require more work, but I prefer it to have a fresh start). If I do this, do you handle the transfer of my store from one domain to another? (and also importing of orders, customers, etc)

If I install in my own dev domain, will you handle the transfer? My main concern with the transfer, is to transfer correctly the customers and sales database.
