The theme is all live and still being fully supported, we do not have any details on when a new update may be available, but the developers are still working on ensuring that the theme remains relevant.

happy with the theme so far. site has been running for couple of years now. had some issues with the sliders on the homepage after WP & plugin updates but have got them going again.

When I check licence key in your website it says there is no website registered with licence key but when I am trying to activate with licence it is unable and it says This purchase code, was already activated on this site nhaxinhquangngai.com which web address is not using at the moment and all the files were deleted.
I tried to post this issue on your support forum but it was unable and asked me to renew support.

Tried to install theme again and when i try to activate it says: This purchase code, was already activated on this site url : url.com I think i didn’t deactivate theme when i deleted from previous website

Just did an update to the SiteOrigin Widgets this morning and we have now lost the Home Page slider. In the backend there is no way of adding slides so we can’t even re-instate it that way…..help!

missing content .. we just discovered content from many pages has disappeared. The site admin had not been accessed in weeks .. and several pages do not have revision history to restore . Is there some issue with the page builder or anything else ? is there any way to recover this data ? The site owner noticed this today, but our week old backups have the same issue, so the pages were emptied before then. Our support license expired, but that should not cause content to disappear? We will gladly renew support if there is any way to recover the missing content Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi Right now, all the main and sub menu items on the mobile navigation are visible. Could it be possible to fold all the sub menu items under their respective parents? So the user can open the main menu items to see the submenu items. Thanks

Hi. Out of the box, this is not possible but it can be done with some custom coding. This is our portfolio grid widget and it works in a way that it takes image/content from the portfolio pages and show them in the grid.
Is this customization something you could do? I only want a featured image and a caption or title. I want to categorize the images as you show with the filter, but I don’t need or want to write content for each image.
