I installed your theme on a wordpress 4.9, I installed all the necessary plugins, I imported the data and as soon as I go on “customize” the page is white and I can not do anything.

You are about to earn the honor of my first negative review on Themeforest after having bought >15 themes over the years, if your team can’t turn this around.
I just spent five minutes registering on your site and seeing that i can’t even submit if I don’t have active themeforest support. Your theme is broken. You should want to know this info. I submitted some info about this above.

You are using a builder, but it is “white-labelled”...would be very helpful to know who created this builder, as maybe I could update with them?

We checked our theme again and it is not broken. Carousel and testimonials work as they should and you are currently the only one with this problem. The reason for this must be somewhere else: custom change in theme, 3rd plugin conflict or something else. We can’t check that up for you if you don’t have valid support license.
In all our themes we are using Page Builder by SiteOrigin and we are not hiding that anywhere. It is part of our recommended plugins which you need to activate upon installing the theme.

You can change general colors in any color you want. We have color picket in the customizer/theme options for the primary color and for all the main areas such as main navigation, header, footer etc. We can also prepare a sandbox mode for you if you contact us on our page -> proteusthemes.com.

Seriously considering this theme for a client—Is there a way to change the date that shows in the PROJECT tile under the title to something else such as BUILD TYPE or BUDGET RANGE? Also are there only the 5 theme colors to choose from or is that something that could be modified either by the backend and/or theme CSS? Thank you!
Hi. Yes, it is possible to change the date to something else but you will need to change a little bit of code. For the colors, this are just 5 examples. In the customizer, you will get color picker with unlimited colors for almost any area. Take care!

“the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” this is the error i am getting while trying to install. I’ve tried the solution thats given on the support that suggests trying the “only the install-able file” i.e.e “name of the theme.zip” I’ve even tried FTP and when i try FTP the hosting server goes down… saying “the site didn’t send any data” Please respond ASAP. Thanks P.S. Please don’t suggest anything basic that is already there becz I’ve tried that thanks again
