hi i purchased your shopify theme yesterday. i have sent a ticket to the support team and after4 messages i still havent received a reply.
i have stressed the matter of downtime for the business but i dont think the support team is taking our matters seriously.
when i upload the them to shopify i receive below error code zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”
i have extracted full file an d gone to the correct zip file which is 6mb to upload to shopify but still having same error.
i am not happy witht the support i am getting and will look at a FULL REFUND if i dont get a satisfactory response.
support team response time is terrible.

My theme is displaying a gap in my product grids. To be specific, when there is a grid of 3 products in a row, one row will have three, and then the next row will only have 2, missing the first product in the row, How can I fix this?

The website is www.flirtythreads.com. Also I want to get rid of the color swatches that appear on product thumbnails. Finally, when I first click on a product the product image is small, and only goes to normal size if I click on another image.

Hello, we are having an issue with our website which is using Styleshop. It is loading all grey’d out. It works on mobile and on incognito mode but not on any other browsers. Hello, it’s been almost a week that i am trying to get support team!. we have crucial problem with the sizes and colors of the items ( even though client chose size and color at the checkout he gets default size and color this is true for all the products) This has to be fixed asap. Hello, When I download the styleshop theme, there are only 3 versions available. In the theme page and preview, there is a 4th option: “Homepage Boxed” Where do we go to add this additional version? Thank you.

Thank you! Last question – how do we remove some of the social icons near the footer? We don’t have a Google Plus account, for example, so would need that icon removed. When I leave the URL blank in the theme editor, it will still show on the website.
And is there a way to turn the “wishlist” feature OFF? Thanks

Within the styleshop theme, is there a way to remove the shipping banner at the footer? I noticed the field to modify/remove the text, but no place to remove the banner altogether with the shipping icon graphic.

So i uploaded home page 3 layout, and i wanted to add homepage banner 2 section, but i do not have that option to add it.
Also, at first i uploaded home page 2 layout, and wanted to add the instagram section, but there is no option for me to add this section either.

And for no.5, will i have to reset up the products again in the 2 apps after installing your theme?

There is an error with your demo then as when you change the currency in the header the currency in the side menu remains in USD and when you select an option in the price filter 0 – $99 $100 – $199 in the side menu the currency for the products changes to USD even when the currency in the header is EURO or GBP.

It’s impossible for the Ajax price filter automatically change the currency within the selected currency in the header. Other theme providers do not implement such feature too.
You can change currency for the Filter in the theme config admin panel.

When the currency is changed the side menu price filter stays in american dollars. Is there an option to link the currency selected withe ajax menu price filter?
