genuinely awful theme , not D10 ready, uses depreciated spaceless tag in the twig, is missing modules

Wont work on existing drupal site
Theme is advertised for Drupal 10, but only works with a fresh install. Asked customer support for alternative ways to install, since I have already a Drupal 10 site. No answers. Do not buy this theme if you need to install it on an existing Drupal site.
