I think you disabled responsiveness from Theme Options. Make sure it is enabled.

Hi, We purchased the theme yesterday for a new blog we are creating.
We installed and reviewed the basic functionality of the theme which offers great options – so we are happy with our choice so far
Just one thing that is bothering us at the moment is that when activating this theme we can’t edit the WP menus – We can create a new menus but when we try to edit it we can’t browse through the posts, pages & categories to add new items to it (only the first time when it’s a new menu we can).
For example – see this screenshot: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35642118/wp-cat-error.JPGWhen clicking on the “categories” dropdown it doesn’t open to show the categories (same with the other options above).
We activated another theme on this site and it worked fine.
Can you please let me know how to resolve this?

No, you will not lose anything.
I have a couple of problems which you may have to see. If I don’t have post icons and the date on my posts, the title of the post and the category seem to overlap. In addition to this, the changes I make on the 404 page under theme options don’t seem to actually be reflected on our 404 page. roamingtimes.com is the site.

Thank you so much! There’s one more thing I didn’t mention with the 404 page in case it was fixed with the last bug. The sidebars don’t render on that page as they do every other page. Am I missing some setting or is this also a bug?

Sidebar is fine on 404 page. The layout settings don’t apply to this page.
Hi, when I put a banner 728 or 468 in the header, it go under logo and not on the right of it. It’s not good to see. I have riduced image logo but is the same. Could you help me please?

Yes, I can see it. I just checked 468 widget got some issue. You can use 728×90 widget even if you want to add 468×60 banner. That will work fine.

Hello, I purchased your theme a few months ago and after installing it I noticed that slows the loading of the administration area of wordpress much to make it unnavigable. How can I solve the problem. If I disable the theme everything return to normal.

Theme doesn’t seem to have any such issue. Can you try disabling the plugins? There might be an incompatible plugin on your site.

thanks a lot for the UBlog theme. I just have a quick question. There are several ways to include social media icons for getting in touch. There is a social media widget for the sidebar and then there are the social media icons for the header. The ones for the header are missing the option to add a xing profile. The socila widget does have this option. Could you also add it to the header please? Would be cool. Thanks.

If I search an article with my keyword I see in first page only the photo, not the article and if inside the post I click on photo it don’t recharge the post but I see only the photo. I have installed the theme on a second site but the options panel is grayed out in every area. Does this mean I can only install on one site only?

Yes, find out which plugin is conflicting with the theme.
I reactivated plugins and all is fine so far. Maybe I did not reactivate the problem plugin if I no longer needed it. Not certain why this happened.

This theme supports sticky menu but not sticky header so it is not possible to add the logo to sticky menu. Only menu can be made sticky.

You chosen to show posts from a category on homepage. That category was empty. I changed the settings on your blog.
thanks for checking, but it is not the case… there are posts to all categories, strangely , if you choose for the homepage the category that you chose – the error will not show, but this is the only category I DON’T want to show on the homepage. all posts should be on the homepage besides that, and all categories has posts. can u please check again? I got your issue. In this theme the posts that are shown in featured area are not shown in recent posts area. This is done to prevent duplicate posts from appearing on homepage.
You are using news category for homepage and news category has just one posts and that posts is showing in featured area so you are not seeing any post on homepage. If you add more posts to news category you will start seeing the posts on homepage.

its probably malware type spam injection in code, but visible onlt in mobile version
There is no malware in the code of theme.
You can upload it on any free image sharing website like imgur.

You need to choose header style 2 or 4 to show banner ad in header. Once you chose any of these header styles, a new widget area will appear on Appearance -> Widgets page with the name of Header Ad. Just ad your ads there.
