It’s been 4 days now! Either you guys support this theme or refund me! Seriously that’s enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took you 2 weeks to get back from vacation and now 2 week to get to respond and now 4 days without getting any of my issues fixed. You have wasted my time and i had to close my shop in order to use your theme. If i knew i would experience this i wouldn’t bought it in the first place. This was the worst experience with customer support and theme itself i have ever had as the theme is full of bugs and not quiet enough to pass themeforest review and im not sure how you guys did pass through that.again SUPPORT YOUR THEME you only got 1 day to respond to this otherwise i will contact my bank and fill a claim or a dispute regarding this matter.
Not to mention that i sent you 8 emails and i got no respond not a single one!!!!
Default page is running and developed by you guys not shopify so it doesn’t look like the rest of the pages such as about us which the font and title etc isn’t the same. also it’s a duty trick to intentionally created all the collection banners to be the same image and charge customers to add this feature as it should be already included in the theme. Like i said here’s me rating your theme 1 until you fix it.

You have to update your whole theme because there are multiple bugs in the theme.1.Cart page 2. Customer account page 3. search page still facing same problem after new update 4. swatch alignment etc

We appreciate your response, even though the issues have not been resolved and we are still waiting for a fix for the product gaps, among other things. We are losing money every day that we are waiting for these major bugs to be worked out.
We want to give this theme a chance but if our business is continuing to be down due to the numerous problems and lack of reliability, we will pursue a refund for this theme and leave a rating that reflects the bad experience. We have tried to be patient, but we have already paid for it and our business is suffering due to the issues.
Here’s a major problem we have, and something we have experienced with another theme designer: which is the issue of intentionally leaving out important basic features, presumably so you can charge more money.
We are very unhappy with the fact that you have intentionally created all the collection banners to be the same image, and that the image cannot correspond with their individual images like every other theme in the world.
It’s not really a clever trick, just something that will make your customers angry because it is a very dishonest way to extract more money on top of the theme cost. You have made it so one image is supposed to represent all of the categories in our store, which does not make sense at all—we are a small boutique business and we need to have a theme that works.
But now you want to charge an extra $50 for a feature that should be standard. I didn’t know that this was not an included feature when I purchased the theme — otherwise I probably would not have purchased it. As nice as it looks, this is a really important functionality.
Not only did we already wait over a week for you to get back from vacation, we are continuing to experience issues all over the site that make the user experience very sub-par.
We would like to work with you in the future and pay for customizations and features that are ACTUALLY customizations, not for basic features that should be enabled. However, if you are unwilling to work with us on this, I will be pursuing a refund and leaving a negative rating. There are many other themes we could choose, but we liked how yours looked—but if it doesn’t work, we will have no choice but to purchase from someone else.
Thanks for fixing all those bugs. I want to recommend this theme to a friend but you only fixed the bugs in my site. I cant do that until the bugs are fixed in the main package in Themeforest.

Hey bud, the Menu bug is still in the update. When you go mobile then go back full width, the menu breaks again.
Also, there is no way to remove an item from the shopping cart.

The main menu is broke. If you reduce the browser size to mobile width, the menu switches to the mobile menu. But when you resize back to desktop width, the menu doesn’t go back to the right location and breaks the rest of the page.
You fixed it in my store only… but you didn’t fix it in the update… so when I uploaded your update, the menu is broken again.

Having the same issue as @ctsi with the brand filters not working, and am having the same issue as everyone else with the UNO logo in the footer not being replaced by our correct logo. I understand this is an new theme but it looks as if there was little or no quality control before releasing. When will the theme be updated? There are multiple people experiencing the same issues.
Additionally, the default error page text says “Error Page Well! Something You Go Wrong Pages If you want go back to my hotel. Please in put the box below or go back here to continue shopping.”
SERIOUSLY??? Not only is the grammar horribly wrong, but “If you want go back to my hotel”? This is what people are going to see when they come to our site?? Not happy with the fact that this is some kind of a joke when we are trying to launch our business….. very unprofessional…..
In addition to these errors, we are having severe alignment issues with the collection pages not displaying correctly, there are big white gaps where the product should be due to a responsive width error. Also, category banner images don’t correspond to their individual collection images so they all have the same default image, product pages can’t show vendor/designer and instead show a very unhelpful “subtotal” for the price that is highly irregular, not to mention coded with a horrible red serif font that is stuck instead of the theme font.
There are other issues with the homepage and slider. Not happy with the experience at all so far. Given the fact that there are so many widespread errors and the authors cannot be reached for another week, I do not recommend purchasing this theme at this time.
If the developers are able to fix these issues I will leave another comment later and let the public know if they are resolved or not. It would be a wonderful theme if it worked, but unfortunately the major issues have not been resolved yet.

It also does not translate the generated url into the browser, so nothing happens. Have you updated this file and can provide a version that works?

Hi, will this theme be updated to be retina-compatible, or is this something you can take care of quickly if we purchase it? The logo and most of the images do not show up as High Resolution—it was a nightmare for me to communicate with another theme author because they wouldn’t change all of the images and there were a ton of issues in their code. We need to launch very soon and need to work with someone who is responsive. I am interested in purchasing this because it looks nice overall, but the low-resolution image quality is an absolute deal breaker. Can you verify if this will be fixed?

Thank you, we purchased it earlier this week and I am setting the store up. For the logo, I tried putting in an externally hosted .svg link in the box and it didn’t work. Furthermore, I really don’t like the idea of relying on an external host to link the logo file, and would prefer to use our own store hosting. Can you just optimize the high-resolution logo we uploaded from Shopify so that it is correctly scaled for retina?
I am composing an email that contains multiple issues that still need to be worked out, and hopefully you can address these items quickly. For example, the footer logo does not display correctly and there are some other areas that we need to be changed as well. Thank you.

I’ve just bought you UNO theme and having a couple of small issues I wonder if you can help me with.
Firstly, in the footer (specifically template 4) the logo is failing to update upon uploading a new one. Any ideas why this would be or how to solve?
Secondly, on the collection page I need to display sub categories on the left hand menu, rather than specifically define a menu. Do you know if this can be done via the theme settings, or will I need to code this manually somehow?

Thanks for that last update but there are still a few things that are broken in your theme.
1) Header 3 – When you resize the browser down to the mobile width then increase it again to full width, the menu expands but stays in the mobile position, which keeps it aligned to the left and often hidden by the main slider.
2) The logo in Footer 4 is still broken and does not work. Uploading a new file does not replace the UNO logo.
Not broken but are good best practices
3) Include a custom CSS file in your theme that can easily be used to override CSS
4) Include a generic HTML section for the home page that allows people to add their own raw html to the home page. You have a lot of pre-built sections but what if I want to use a 3rd party plugin like FourSixty? If you need an example, look at the free shopify theme Brooklyn and look at the Custom HTML section. This allows people add custom code without having to modify theme files.

Thank you for creating this theme. I purchased it and have installed it in my shop.
I have a few questions. Here is the configuration I am using: Theme: Uno-Home 4 Header: Header Style 3 Footer: Footer Style 4 Product Detail Page: Style Horizontal
Item 1: On the Live Preview page and hovering over Home 4, it shows 5 product tabs. When I added Collection Tabs v1 & v2, they only allow for 3 tabs. I am interested in having at least 5 tabs for the collection tabs (preferably v2).

There is not enough room in the production description (to the right of the product image) nor bullet points. Is it possible to also include that distinction in the product description as well?

Recently installed the theme. 2 components are not working:
1) filter by brand on the products page. It looks like a javascript issue
2) mailchimp connection not sending email to api. getting error: Recipient ”” has too many recent signup requests

I am not comfortable giving that kind of access. I’ve fixed issue #2, and narrowed down issue #1 to the file collection.shopby-brand.liquid whose generated url is either not accurate or its not re-directing the page to the new url. Can you confirm on your end that this is where the problem lies?

Great theme so far but I have an important question. Logo sizes seem to be such an after-thought for shopify theme developers and it’s no different here.
What is the simplest way to increase the size of the logo area to something that is realistic?
Also, when are you going to add a generic HTML section for the home page?
