Where is the updated file? Why do you guys release update without actually updating the theme file? than take days to do it. Please stop releasing updates if you’re not ready to update the theme file.

On the first one I follow the steps to update and everything is working fine but I need your help on this: on last update some pages like:timeline, about-us, etc. Didn’t keep the changes I had to create content again on those pages. And because there are more than one was a lot of work re-creating again. Please help me on how to keep/import all content. Thank you
