I’m using the UpStore theme on my WooCommerce website (FastGameStore.com).
I would like to display a cookie consent notice/banner on the homepage (with options like Accept / Reject) and also ensure that the Cookie Policy is properly visible and linked.
Could you please confirm:
Does UpStore have a built-in cookie consent / GDPR cookie banner feature?
If yes, where can I enable it in the theme options (which menu/section)?
If not, do you recommend a specific plugin that is fully compatible with UpStore and WooCommerce?
Is there a recommended way to display a Cookie Policy link in the header or footer using the theme settings?
Additionally, I’m using a Content-Security-Policy (CSP) header, so I prefer a solution that does not rely heavily on inline scripts and works well with strict security headers.

I would like to ask if there is any conflict between theme’s brand filter and WooCommerce brand that was introduced recently.
All the brand filters on my website (left sidebar) started giving 404 error:

This issue relates to the Redux Framework plugin and WordPress. Some users reported this issue to plugin author. You can check here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/redux-framework/. It seems that there is a problem with WordPress update function. It does not remove all old plugin files when updating plugin.
Because this issue was reported and does not relate to the theme. So we have to wait for updating from Redux Framework and WordPress.

This is completely unhelpful as our site has been on and off for 9 days now resulting in a loss of income as well as impact on our reputation. We cannot indefinitely wait for a fix. We didn’t buy the theme from Redux, we bought it from you. Please get this issue resolved urgently.

Firstly, this issue was reported and does not relate to the theme ( explained in the previous message ). So we have to wait for updating from Redux Framework and WordPress
Secondly, please don’t update Redux Framework 4.5.4 until this issue is resolved. We deleted Redux Framework 4.5.4 and installed Redux Framework 4.5.0 ( several times ) but you ( or someone else) updated it again the next day so your website crashed again while we deactivated auto-update
In short, we still have to wait for updating from Redux Framework and WordPress

There are files which are outdated. please update the theme.

Please update the theme to the latest version and only update the plugin versions which the current theme version supports. After updating, please clear your caches.

Hello, we received your reply for WPBakery Page builder plugin. We have updated Upstore theme, but WPBakery Page Builder plugin is not updated. It requires license activation to update. Hello,We are using Upstore theme for our website. With this theme we got WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Also, for security purpose, we are using WordFence plugin. But, this plugin shows critical error, as WPBakery Page Builder plugin is not updated. It requires license activation for update. Hello, we have installed the UpStore Theme on our website www.africraft.co.tz and encounter various issues now:
- We cannot create new pages because it generates an error
- We cannot update the WPBakery Plugin as this creates another error
