Hello Zohail hassan here i purchased up store theme 5 months ago. From date of purchase total 3 updates i have download i just to want to ask when i did update theme 1st time all plugins include wp bakery have been updated. but from 2nd last update there is no update of wp bakery plugin. and now in recent update again wp bakery plugin has no update even wp bakery plugin latest version is 6.6 but mine is 6.4.2 please update wp bakery plug in. Hello, I have a pirated version of this theme version : 1.1.2 accidentally when searching ‘free wooCommerce theme’ and did a lot of work on it. Now i have bought the theme but it is on version 1.1.3.

My question is: is there a way to upgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 without loosing the customization I did?

Hi, I have trouble doing installation of this theme. I have uploaded both upstore.zip and upstore-child.zip but when I activated the theme, there’s no “Theme Options” on my appearance menu. I don’t understand, I also haven’t activated the license as nothing mentioned on the docs.

I’m using UpStore Theme. In the Appearance – Theme Option – Shop/Product Category you have an option to Hide – product add to cart button. So it does it very well. The problem is that it removes the button from Woo pages but on my Home Page these buttons are still remaining. I was trying to add the hook add_action( ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’, ‘remove_add_to_cart_buttons’, 1 );

I’ve just purchased one of your themes – upstore.

The website I’m working on is: www.apexcricket.com.au

I have turned “sticky header” on, but it’s only making the menu sticky, rather than the whole header.

Is this as intended? I was hoping to have my logo/search bar and menu bar be sticky together.

I’ve tried editing the CSS and the only way I could get it is position: fixed but it sticks to the left side of the browser.
