How can we prevent the changes we make in the uicore-global.css file from being reverted? I mean, I make every change I make in the file, like changing the woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation from left to right, but by clearing the theme cache, the changes I made go back to the original state.
Hello, the uicore-global.css file stores all the settings from theme options, and it’s rewritten each time you save the changes. For custom code, we recommend using Theme Options – Custom. This will add the code at the end of uicore-global.css.
So if the CSS file is called from the theme settings, why isn’t there a setting for the WooCommerce user panel?
We tried to cover the most important settings in our WooCommerce panel, but the utility pages like cart, checkout, and my account only have some default styles that use the theme globals. This is because WooCommerce is slowly migrating to a block editor approach, which would make our settings useless.
Yes, that is correct; adding a CSS class won’t remove the existing one. In this case you will need to overwrite all the styles that come from the theme.

After updating Elementor to the last version, all the pages content it’s not showing up. only the header and footer. I do a roll back to the Elementor v3.24, and nothing – i think that i just lost all my works !!!
Hello, please try the following:
1. Go to Elementor – Settings – Features, and disable Elements Caching.
2. Go to Elementor – Tools – Regenerate CSS.
3. Go to Theme Options and Save.
4. Clear any cache if available.

You just need to go to Vault – Theme Options, and click Save. This will regenerate the CSS and JS files.

Can you please try deleting UiCore Animate, then installing it again in Plugins – Add New – Search?

Both the 2.1.1 and 3.0.0(latest) are braking up my pages while using the “Review Card Carousel” of Element Pack Pro. I had to switch to the older versions. Also tried clearing caches many time but the issue is still there. Team Uicore please have through check before publishing the new updates!
Hello, please make sure Element Pack Pro is also updated to the latest version (7.17.3). This is a 3rd party plugin, so we didn’t touch the files, but try disabling Elements Caching in Elementor – Tools – Features.
First thing there is already an update in Element pack Pro with Version 7.17.5 Released which you didn’t provided in the theme package. so I am unable to check the update works or not! Second thing I have tried disabling all the elements features in Elementor as well as clear cached but nothing works for me.
Hello, when our theme update was released, only version 7.17.3 was available. Their changelog doesn’t seem to mention anything about the Review Card Carousel, so please set up admin access at support@uicore.co and we’ll check.

When you try to import UICORE library blocks it says downloading and then nothing is imported. It occurs with 90% of blocks – but for some reason the odd one does import

2. Flexbox Containers are enabled in Elementor – Settings – Features.
3. There are no fatal errors on your website. This can be checked in Theme Options – System – Enabled Debug, then Theme Options – Debug – Download Debug Log.

Love the theme but need some help.
1. When using the theme builder to create a new blog post page title style – how do I switch off the default blog post titles types? I now end up with my theme builder version and the standard title underneath (none of the simple, full screen , simple creative etc) remove the title completely .
2. Separately I have raised a support request 3 days ago for a different issue and it still has not been responded to otherwise I would have put this question there.

Figured out number 1. You need to turn off the page title in the edit menu (the sub menu screen that opens before elementor edit page) and then also ensure your blog post page title is set to default.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the images on a single portfolio page be clickable, and open up in a lightbox? None of the demo pages seem to feature this, but I thought I’d ask since it’s the only thing keeping me from buying the theme right away! 
Hello, sure, you can set the image widget to open a lightbox. Alternatively, you can use a gallery widget with the same behavior.
All of my sites utilizing Vault exhibit a small error when changing pages a 404 page briefly flashes before the page loads. What’s up with this and how do I fix it?

Reset Permalinks: Go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes.
Check .htaccess File: Ensure it exists and has the correct rewrite rules.
Clear Cache: Clear any caching mechanisms in use.
Review Custom Code: Check for any custom code that could affect URL handling.

Hello, I am having the same issue as some of other commentators. With the latest Elementor update content disappears on website, and megamenu not working. Strangely though, this happens for a logged in user. So a not logged in user sees the website correct. I have investigated extensively and it seems that there’s an error caused by plugin Element Pack Pro, which if I remember correctly was one of the plugins necessary for the theme to work properly. I checked the plugin website and it seems the we are not getting any update for this plugin. I know that themes rely on third party plugins for extra features but pleas at least provide updated versions so the websites does not break.

I have done all these steps and nothing works. We contacted elementor who confirmed the the issue was caused by Element Pack Pro. We have Element Pack pro version 7.15.5 installed whith no pending updates, meanwhile the plugin site is up to 7.17

How do i add a blog page. I did what the support has done on settings > reading then change to blog.
This doesnt let me edit with elementor after so how do i import a blog template into that page?

Hello, the blog page can’t be edited directly, but you can customize it in Theme Options – Blog. Once you edit the page, it won’t show the blog posts anymore, so you will need to delete it and create a new one.
Alternatively, if you need a custom template for the blog page, go to Theme Builder – Archive – Add New, and set the display conditions to Blog / Posts Page. You can then use Elementor to build your custom page.
