Hi, I just tried to update to the latest 3.2.4 version but the website breaks after doing so. Fortunately I always do a backup before updating major versions of themes and plugins. My support has expired but if I renew support, do you help with troubleshooting why the latest version breaks the website. I did not get a chance to take a screenshot of the site but I got a mostly blank white page saying something about incompatibility. I was too busy trying to restore the site from the backup. Please advise. I would like to get updated to the latest version so that I’m not too far behind on the theme’s version.

Missing Blocks and Pages in UIcore Library.

Why does the UIcore Library appear incomplete? Some blocks and pages are not visible.

I’m writing to report a critical error that appeared immediately after updating the theme to its latest version.

Theme/Framework: UiCore Framework File path: /includes/extra/class-block-editor-style.php Error line: 108

Full error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in /wp-content/plugins/uicore-framework/includes/extra/class-block-editor-style.php:108 Stack trace: #0 … generate_css() ...

Context: The error occurred right after updating the theme. I haven’t modified any core or framework files. After the update, the WordPress admin panel stopped loading and displayed the fatal error above.

Current PHP version: (insert yours, e.g. PHP 8.1 or 8.2)

Steps taken:

Temporarily deactivated the uicore-framework plugin via FTP to regain access to the dashboard.

Confirmed that the issue originates from the generate_css() method inside the mentioned file.

I understand that my support period has already expired, so I’m not requesting direct support — I just want to report this bug so your team can review and fix it in a future release of the theme/framework.

Hi, In the Product grid, when we select source as current under the query options, it limits the product to only 12 and no option for pagination. And if we change it to custom or related, it chooses all the products from different categories. Is there a way to change the limit?

Hi guys. I’m trying to add a “Mega-menu” to the regular primary menu (context: the mega menu was built in the Theme Builder option of UICore)-. However, when i try to add it to the menu by going to Appereance > Menu there’s usually an option called ‘Theme Builder’ but it is not there, so i can’t add it. Any thoughts on how to “enable” the “Theme Builder” option in the Appereance > Menu section of Wordpress? Thanks in advance.

Hello, we purchased an additional 6 months support yesterday for the existing Vault theme licence we have.

However, when I go to the UICore support area to ask you a support question, it still says that the support has ‘Expired’, so I have no way to ask you that question. How should the Support purchase be implemented to our existing Vault theme?

Can i not transfer the license if the support is expired? I haven’t used the theme on the main domain for a long time as i used another framework on the main domain. Now i installed the theme on a different domain but i can’t activate it on that site. I can’t transfer the site even though main domain does not use the license. What to do?
