We found a template related bug:
https://xrealm.aiWhenever you scroll down on the website, lets say to the middle of it, try to refresh the page and not move the mouse. The top menu background doesnt load, and looks weird, same problem on mobile devices (Google Chrome). but once you move the mouse or scroll on mobile, it immidiately loads and the problem solves.
what can cause this?
Hello. We have a problem, for the top menu social icons we are trying to add Medium.com, however its simply missing from the list and cannot choose it. could you please guide how we can add this? for footer menu (its a different module), medium is selectable so we could add it there

Hello, the Medium.com icon is not available for the moment, but we’ll try to add it in the future updates. The footer is built with Elementor, that’s why you have access to a lot more icons than in the header.
Any chance you could suggest a workaround for it? its quite important for us to have a medium icon there, thanks
Try this: enable Reddit from Theme Options – Social (considering you don’t need Reddit), then add this to Theme Options – Custom CSS:

Interested in this theme, as a friend uses it on their sites. However they have a AI bot that appears on the admin area and they cannot disable this.
If I was to buy the theme, can such features be disabled? What are your data policies? How can I be sure you will not scrape my websites data and sell it to whoever is providing the AI chat bot?
Seems a big security concern for me, which is a shame as the themes seem great.
Hello, we already have the option to disable the Ai bot using a PHP filter:

The chatbot uses a service built by us (paia.co), and it doesn’t access any information on your website. It’s just a conversational bot, that provides answers based on our documentation and training data.
This seems to just hide the feature. Will you be planning to add a disable option? Where can I read your data policies on the AI chatbot?
Actually, it removes the chatbot from the system, even though the function name suggests it hides it.

1. Does white-label requires license activation for each new website installation? 2. Will there be a same license code for all websites that i install? 3. I am planning to create custom templates/themes/sections using UI Core Framework and want to sell in my own website and along with that they gonna get the white-labled theme to download & can able to import my template. 1 and 2. All websites need to be activated from a single client portal, which is done with a few clicks, without the need of a purchase code.
3. Reselling our product is not allowed. The white label feature allows you to customize the theme with your own branding and build websites for your clients, but not to sell the theme itself.

When I use the Vault theme or any other theme from uicore.pro, I encounter a 502 error. I have two other resource-intensive websites on the same server. Even when I disable these two heavy websites, the site using a UI Core theme still receives a 502 error.

Hello, please keep in mind that one license grants usage to for one domain only. You have used the theme on six different domains, and two of them are still active. In this case, you will need to buy another license for the second active website.

Hi, please make sure all the plugins are updated: UiCore Framework 5.0.10, UiCore Animate 1.0.4, UiCore Elements 0.0.3, Element Pack Pro 7.9.0. If those aren’t updated, delete all of them, the install them again using the “Required plugins” banner. Finally, go to Theme Options and Save.

I’m also experiencing the completely blank pages to whole website after updating to the latest version. I followed the advice of going into Theme Options and clicking Save with no joy. I’ve rolled back to v2.0.6. I’m hoping this will be fixed in the future.

Hello, please keep in mind that one theme license grants you usage for one domain only. The transfer option was set so you can transfer between the dev/staging domain to the live one. If that is the case, please reach out at hello@uicore.co, and we’ll help you with the limit reset.

I have a price switcher and 3 boxes with prices. These switch from A to B and work fine. But…
In preview the header and switcher is above the price boxes. But when I look at the page live, the switcher/header element is always a section below the price boxes. Is there any reason why in preview vs live there would be a difference?

Transfered a local host site to a domain, and now the uicore icons dont display. Is there an easy fix? I see in inspect, its referencing the localhost. Updating URLs in Elementor don’t seem to fix the issue.
Hello, yes, after migrating the website, you need to go to Theme Options and Save, to regenerate all the assets with the correct links.
Simple Contact Form – redirect to an blank page with text “Please fill in all the required fields.” in it, after filling all items and send mesage. it is not working. Also sometimes form fields get blan after filling it.
