The elements of the theme are pretty nice. Nevertheless, the theme doesn't get updated that often and after one Elementor update the theme broke my site.

Exceptional theme - had a couple of things I needed help with but that’s because I didn’t know how to customise certain bits but Tanvir is simply excellent. Never had to wait more than an hour or two for a reply.
The theme itself is modern, immaculate, clean and serves its purpose VERY well. Super happy worth every penny.
Poor documentation so it is a hassle to install and it is not very easy to use

The theme is beautiful, very easily customizable, support is outstanding! Very prompt and easy communication, I've had the best experience and can highly recommend this product.
Support of this team is the worst - one reply per day and this reply doesn't help at all. I spent almost month, but didn't solve problems( First time I had problems, i wrote comment in comments section and theme developer quickly solved my problem, but this problem appear after 2 months and also other problems, but support didn't solve this after month. I will change this theme, because it has many unsolved problems (sticky footer works incorrect, its better to switch to normal, because it crashes constantly, child theme works with bugs, so all changes i did with parent theme). Theme looks good, but these problems push me to change it to other theme.

Good Theme! would have been better using WP bakery instead of Elementor(or offer both as many themes do). Can be challenging to customize if your are making a multi-page content site with a lot of content. Support is good.
At first I wasn't fond of this theme. Too many things didn't work to begin. However, the support caught this and made up for it. In the end, this theme can just do too much and it will kill you with its functions. Without support it will be difficult with this theme!
