on theme Options -> E-Commerce -> Product Page Layout i have changed: Products per page to: 24
But it doesn’t work. After saving and clean cache (browser Cache) i see only 12 products per page.
The same issue i have with your infinity scroll plugin. It doesn’t work too…

We use header type: Advanced. But in one way or another the header type automatically changes to Variant center. Looks like the theme automatically changes the header type, but I don’t know why?? When I select Advanced header type and save changes – then go to Header setting – the Header custom HTML is an older version than it has to be..? Do you have a clue?

Either someone has access to your Dashboard and do changes at the same time when you do or you import new versions and it overwrites the changes.
Also, do you get the Variant center for all the pages or just for 1 specific page?

Someone else has access to Dashboard, but never makes changes in the Theme options. So that can’t be the issue..
It changes back to Variant center in the theme options, so for all pages.

I have been trying to figure out why Redux Framework is causing my site (XStore) to white screen every time I activate it. I have tried reinstalling everything as well as turn off all plugins except what is required and it still white screens every time I activate the plugin. This is a new site.

Hello,
1) Enable default WP theme Storefront and check if you still have problems with WPBakery page builder. If yes then your problem is not related to XStore theme. Open console and check if you have any errors when you edit the page using backend editor, it will give you some information about problem.
2) What issue do you have after theme update? White screen? Errors with elements on frontend? Describe me in more details problems that you get after update. Provide screenshots for better understanding.

2) We have updated WooCommerce plugin (because you used 3.3.x version) and updated XStore and also did not see any problems. I suppose you had the problem because of old version of WooCommerce plugin.

If you want to change the styles of all the black buttons at the site go to Theme Options > Styling > Content > Customize buttons.
In case you want to change the styles for the single product only use the custom CSS:

I mean: when you choose Pants, opens new window, so there can be a search section where you can choose between sizes, or reference number, or color, but not like a filter, but like a search bar (different from the main search that usually we see in all webpages?

Unfortunately, I think that we don’t have such option. We have default search by products (title, SKU) and posts. Also, you can use WooCommerce attributes filer widgets. But special search by attributes – nope. Maybe you’ll be able to implement this using additional plugins.

We tried clearing cache but it doesn’t work. But then we change the original code in theme-functions.php under framework section. For the temp. purpose we had copied file to some other path and replace the original path with the modified path. And then it works. Hope the bug will be resolved soon and will be served as a new update to it. Also add some option to rollback to previous version for those the updated version doesn’t suits.

You don’t need to do changes in theme-functions.php, just download theme archive, extract it and re-upload xstore/js/etheme.min.js file to your server.

If you plan 2 different WP installations you’ll be able to use different demos for these 2 installations (Theme Options > Import/Export > Dummy content). According to ThemeForest license policy you can use only one license for the 1 project. If case you want to use theme for the 2 different projects you need to buy 2 licenses.

1) We faced our customers who used this plugin and did not face issues with it.
2) We did not test our theme with this plugin, so we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility but don’t think that issues will appear. In any case, if such happens and you’ll face any compatibility problems we’ll try to solve them or give you refund.
3) This plugin comes bundled with our theme and you don’t need to buy it if you buy our theme, you’ll get it for free.
4) You’ll be able to add video for the product but it will appear as the icon on the featured image and lightbox after the click. You can create form using Contact form 7 plugin. Check if it has all the fields that you need. To place the form at the single product page you can use XStore Static Block post type (create static block with form shortcode in the content) and choose appropriate static block at the product options http://prntscr.com/ke96m4 and it will be displayed below the product tabs but before the related products http://prntscr.com/ke97g5 You can create few static blocks for different products and use them.
You’ll be able to add button into the short product description but if you want to implement scroll to the form once user click the button then some additional customization is required to add such scroll.

Likely you simply need to synchronize translation files.
Make sure you placed translation files into the languages /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po, xstore-de_DE.mo).
Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.
