I download the Y-Theme as requested as the best option, verses the html only product. When I followed the steps the page says 404 page not found. It’s not showing my desired theme. It gives me options to edit pages as usual but the theme as a whole isn’t coming up. I would really just like the creative theme to be there.
I am having issues with a google based email address on the message form. It works with my normal gmail account not with the company one. I wonder what causing it since both accounts have the same settings and all. Please help.

Did you tried to install WP Mail SMTP by WPForms? With the latest theme version you should also have an option to to set SMTP from Theme options > Api and social
I did install it. But I guess I did not know how to use it the plug in properly. Also how do I update the theme ?
The plugin have a test email function, just send the test email to see if work correctly, unfortuantely I can not help you with you SMTP installation. To update the theme delete HC plugin and install the new one (you found it under /inc/ theme folder)
I am using Gourmet child (Version: 1.0.1) with the main Gourmet theme (v1.0) and I can’t manage to display the right sidebar on single posts like in this example here: http://themes.framework-y.com/gourmet/post-1/
I don’t understand if this should be added by a specific component via the composer builder of the theme or if it should be added in a different way?

Hello I purchased Y THEME (362177e8-89a9-43ec-bb10-9f09ec8ed3e4 – 12 Dec 2017 REGULAR LICENSE). I imported the Elegance venice hotel theme, but I have two problem:
1)After changing the page names (top menu) I can not bring up the menu icons. How can I do?
In the restaurant page, I can not make the images of OUR DISHES and SEASONAL DISCHES appear (when you open the central part).

1. Click the top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select all fields. Every menu item will have the field to select the icon.
2. Just insert again the image and should work.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato il tema con licenza base (64$), per un nuovo progetto, piuttosto che riacquistare il tema, pensavo di acquistare solo il framework WPTF con licenza estesa a 99$ da utilizzare sempre con wordpress. E’ una soluzione possibile? Per la realizzazione di quanti siti è valida la licenza estesa? Ci sono differenze sostanziali tra l’utilizzo del tema o solo il framework? Salve, la licenza estesa sarebbe solo per 1 progetto di tipo commerciale. Per me non c’è problema se lo usi per massimo 4 siti ma non c’è una licenza dedicata.
WPTF è uguale a Y-THEME ma non possiede nessuna demo. Quindi devi creare tutto da zero.

Hi, yes you can edit the blog page exactly like a standard page, and add also multiple blogs archives, so you can customize it as you want.

Yes you can, you will not find any other theme on the market with this flexibility, they are not limited (8+ box types and lot’s of options). Usually a theme use only 1 box type and there is only a fixed blog.
does it need to write css code? because the theme i am using can do it without writing css code, but is broken..so sad.
The box are ready to use but you must use the design of the theme, if you want to customize it you need CSS.

It seems this theme breaks and delete(!!) existing contents. For example, I have an existing post – I upgrade to this theme. When editing the post, change the ‘composer’ option from ‘classic’ to ‘composer’ (to use this theme’s features) – it modifies and deletes the post’s previous content. Please advice – as this is a MAJOR issue.
Hi, a classic content will never be compatible with the composer content obviously. You will never be able to use it as composer content. If you want to change just copy the content and insert it again into a composer component.
“obviously” – I don’t think it was obvious. This need to be stated clearly. For example: “NOTE: THIS THEME IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING CONTENTS AND MAY DELETE EXISTING CONTENT” When an existing site with 100s of posts – it is not practical to go and redo every post. Please advice on how to get a refund. Thanks.
Your issue is about the posts that should be showed in the archive also with classic mode. But the problem of delete the content when you switch from classic to composer mode is a another thing, you will always lost your original content, this part is obvious. You can not get a refund for this but I will contact you within today with a fix for the post issue so you don’t need to change to composer mode 
You keep saying “obvious”. That is not the case. Tools should NOT delete existing content (luckily WP have a good revision system to restore). The basic fact is that this is a good theme ONLY for new contents. What is the point of using this theme if existing content cannot take advantage of it? Hence this needs to be made clear for ALL buyers.
I think there is some confusion. Every single theme of the market that use visual composer or other builders is the same.
1. You can use existing contents, just use the classic mode.
2. If you use the composer you need to create the content with the composer…

” Every single theme of the market that use visual composer or other builders is the same.” – That is not the case. This is the first time I’ve seen this (Hybrid Composer is your tool?) AND first time I’ve seen a tool that deletes existing content!!
Using ‘classic’ mode is not compatible with this theme’s components. For example, ‘Masonry list’ requires the post to be in the new format. A classic post (ie. all existing posts) will not appear.
FYI: just a thought, one possible fix is to write a function in functions.php to inject/format the ‘hybrid composer’ tokens/code for existing content?
I can create a function that automatically create a WordPress Editor component on composer mode and insert into it the classic content. But this can be done manually in 5 seconds so is not useful to most of users.
I will fix the problem of the posts so you can continue to use your original posts without any action.

Hello, I started editing with Y Theme and soon I came across a problem: when trying to create a slider list post, no information is displayed (title, excerpt, featured image). While testing, I noticed that the slider only shows posts created in composer mode, not classic mode. Do you confirm that? How do I do old posts? Will I have to convert all to composer mode? I do not want it! I want the possibility of using posts in classic wordpress mode. Please tell me it’s possible.

Yes I confirm you that currently only composer mode is supported, to show classic posts you have 2 options:
1. Use an external plugin 2. Customize the theme, I can do for you but it cost about 30USD.

If it is possible to modify the Theme to be compatible with more projects, I think you should do it and launch update. Do not charge for this from me or any other client.
Or put a very big notice in the product description: RECOMMENDED FOR NEW PROJECTS. So buyers are aware of using the theme before paying it.
That way your product is no good to me. I wasted money and time on it.
I’m sorry you’re frustrated but 30USD for a customization like this is a “symbolic” very low price.
What you say is personalization, for me it’s a big mistake in design. If natively Wordpress offers title fields, text except, featured image … you should have incorporated it into plugin. Do not discard them and repeat them. This is unproductive. Obviously not a theme to work on website / blog with existing content and this should be evident in the description of the product. I sincerely hope you will consider this in the next update.

I want to get rid of the Y-Theme’s build-in wpml-language-switcher cause of the ugly layout. Now I tried two ways to do so.
1. I created a sidebar in header, register in functions.php, lang-switch appear in backend, but the hell not in frontend.

Hi, Somehow after an update of Wordpress to 4.9 and my Y-Theme Creative-Main demo to themeforest-17200845-y-theme I can’t save any changes to pages. Can change main menu but if, for example, on the Home page I change the text “WELCOME TO OUR PHOTOGRAPHY PORTAL” and update the page, the changes are not reflected. Image changes don’t work either. On “Home – Fullpage” can’t save the change from 7 page menu items to a different number, etc. Please advise.

Hi, yes I activated it. I just see codes when creating a new page too. I tried on Chrome and Firefox. Using Wordpress version 4.9 I have another site using a similar composer plugin and it works.. What could be the problem here?
