I Have the same problem…

I have tried several times to install this theme. Sometimes it doesn’t display theme options. I thought there might be plugin conflicts so deactivated everything I can think of – it then installed, I activated Hybrid composer – but none of the demos will install. They all appear to install (runs through a list and shows in green) but at the end no pages or anything result.

I am about to replace my old website and I am interested in this theme. That said, the new website must comply to the new EU guidelines regarding WCAG. Can you confirm, that this theme does comply to the EU guidelines?

I also have a hard time migrating your site. I have tried various tools – manual, all-in-one, and wpvivid. The results seems to be the same. The home page and all other pages does not load. It has the animated dot that flashes. Developer tools in Chrome says its 500 (Internal Server Error). Is there any best practice or process that you can share, that will help me migrate consistently. I went from live to local in this instance.I use the minmal pre-built wordpress demo. Only required plugins run at the time of the migration.

I am at a loss as to how to save a container and transport it to another page. I can duplicate and move in the same page, but not into another page. I searched your website, but that still says that it can be done but does not say how.

I’m using your theme for a client of mine and everything works fine except for one function, that unfortunately is absolutely essential for my client: He has to use two protected pages with two different passwords. I’m using the standard WordPress option to protect pages in the BE, but can’t get it to work with your theme. Sometimes, when I’m already logged in as a admin it seems to be working but for regular users most of the times not. I’ve tried everything, like clearing cache, deleting cookies etc. Please contact me so I can give you the details.

Hi, I am having massive troubles with the Hybrid Composer. When editing an existing page and saving, I can only see code. When switching between Classic and Composer mode, the whole page dissapears. When duplicating any page, I will get an empty page instead of a copy. Deactivating all plugins leads to no difference. I updated Wordpress, Y-Theme, Plugins. Nothing changes anything. Even copying the code and inserting it in an empty page leads to a blank page when saving. Pls help!!! Thanks and best regards

I am using a page with 2 code blocks within the same section. Using a mobile phone everything is showing fine, however using any webbrowser on PC or Mac the page is static, not allowing to scroll down past the first code block (which is showing correctly) and as such the second block is not showing on PC/Mac. In the page HTML the code for both blocks is showing so I think its just the scrolling issue… How can I fix this?

I am facing a problem with the album container / gridlist: There is a “back to album” button on top of the list pictures which does not do anything. Does it need special settings somewhere to get back to the album list?

I am using the elegance-apartment skill of y-themes and was trying to add WPML multi-language. As I ran into problems I contacted WPML support and they said that the hybrid composer page builder plugin is not compatible with WPML?

For now, you can disable the translation editor and translate using the native WordPress editor instead.

To do that you need to edit the pages and find the “languages” section. there you’ll see a “switch”, please turn it “off” as shown in the attached screenshot, and proceed to translate the page.
