Hi, the problem are the classes .row-1 2 3 4 5 ….. These classes are reserved for the framework. I also really advice you tu use the Table component for create the tables not the Editor.

There is a problem with double logo display.
Once I have upgraded the theme from 1.2 to 1.4 version double logo display problem appeared (see Retina Logo). Please explain how to fix this issue.

Which free language plugin do you recommend to use with y-theme? Should be compatible and easy to use.
We use only WPML (I advice you to use this plugin anyway due save you such more money in terms of time). We not tested any free solution but you can do a try, in same case can work also free solutions

My client bought your theme and i like it very much. I tested it,i installed in my own host for 5 mins without a problem but i can’t install in my clients hosting due to limitations of the host . Can you please guide me if there is any other way to install it ? i tried it in many ways but it losses style and other content when i install in his server. Thank you very much

The only ways I know are with WP or with FTP but I think you already know these solutions. If the host generate problems and both 2 methods not work my opinion is that client must change hosting.

Checked your WP installation not have the WordPress Editor I dont.Know why. If you disable Hybrid composer and try to edit a page you can not see the two top right buttons: VISUAL or TEXT editor mode. You must restore the correct WordPress installation.

one more Q in your demo full page image load faster then i can see how i can do this, cos any my image take to many time to load
You are using extremely large images like https://gpcs.lamdesign.vn/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/f580dd_46f14fed47a445b0812e2c9feb5d8a5c.jpg 5.5 MB. Images also HD should not be larger than 500KB.
My theme automatically compress almost all the images but not revolution slider. Use a tool like this: http://www.balesio.com/fileminimizerpictures/eng/index.php

Don’t worry the menu work good for all users. Any of our 500+ users have this problem. If you really want you can completely remove the animation but for me you can leave like now. Consider that anyway a normal user will never go over the menu in the way you showed in the video.
Hello, I’m having an issue with the full screen slider when I view it in on my phone. Whenever I rotate my phone the image gets stretched out/warped.
I’m also having issues with the contact page where I am not receiving any emails when the form is filled out/submitted.

2. Seem you have a custom CSS, Check by click the top right button: CSS. If you found some code delete it.
3. You must install WPML (https://wpml.org/?aid=154204&affiliate_key=LgJiCRvycckb) and on Theme options > Menu activate WPML menu.

Hallo, I seem to be having a problem that the contact form doesn’t send anything. The demo version has 4 contact pages and none of them send anything to the email address I provide. I tried multiple email address and it still doesn’t work.
