Hi, I bought theme and set the Primary menu and Vertical menu.

both menu are same . Vertical menu shows OK but that same menu shows in Primary menu with Black background.

can you tell me how can i remove that black background which comes on primary Menu.

This theme is junk. You have to purchase every required plugin. It broke my live site. I am not able to use this theme. I have removed it and do not plan on using it ever again. Please issue a refund asap.

Good theme also from mobile view. Maybe mobile user menu can be little biger. About sticy user menu on bottom is forgoted idea over 10 years . Buy tommorow.

My only question from the beginning is as follows

1. You said the theme comes with visual composer (save 45$) & Slider Revolution (25$) so 70$ can be saved – in your advertisement.

2. When i asked you that Slider Revolution is not working, you replied, you provide only theme and I need to buy Slider revolution if i need to activate it. if i am going to buy this for 25$, how will i save 25$ as advertised.

3. Envato replied me, no need to register/pay for Slider revolution if it comes with theme, but you said, i need to buy it, in order to activate the plugin.

4. So ultimately, in the home page, slider revolution is not running due to an error, and its very bad to see my home page without some attraction.

5. When I intend to activate it, its saying i need to activate it, to activate it, i need to pay for licence, if i pay 25$ for activation, then what you advertised regarding visual composer (45) & Slider plugin(25) which is 70$ worth savings is not actually exist.

6. So it spoiled all my day sitting here to write & wait, but comparatively you are very fast in reply than the other crowds.

7. When I search in theme punch (Slider Revolution) They said your author need to update the plugin if they have multiple licence or if they give this bundled with theme. please check this URL https://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/

and see they asked users to contact the author to get a updated plugin copy and they also said if i need premium support i should by it from code canyon, if it comes and included in theme bundle, how it is failed to activate the theme and asking me to buy it.

8. After a serious consideration, we are buying themes, buying a theme is not only paying money. it involves spending time & efforts in creating WP sites, configuring .ini, FTP, php settings, and installing theme, plugins, demo import, changing settings and too much of minute task, after all this when you see, what we bought is not working, then the day becomes sick.

9. I have no intention to point you out and you are not a new seller in Envato, you have enough experience, and I cant blame you but at the same time, I have full rights to ask you my question, if I am confused by your advert, and I am not worried of my comment being reviewed as I know , what I wrote on it.

10. Thanks very much for approving refund request, I said 10$ less than your theme price, no one selling theme for less than 10$, its 39-10= 29$), and I am very happy with that theme.

11. My apologies, if my words are sharp, because, I was in touch with you almost a week and asked you few questions and you replied, based on that I bought this and it worked well as you mentioned in document absolutely stunning.

12. But your theme is very nice & lite, try to update your advert regarding the 70$ savings with VC & SR, so that no one will be in confusion. so it will be easy for everyone to understand exactly what comes with the theme.

13. No one has rights to let you down, but there is right to information on any consumer, so if that is putting down, then you need to review, I am happy few of my comments are under review, so envato will easily know whats happening here. its easy way of reporting a review to envato, so they will also be notified upon our communication happened in the comments section, i have absolutely no problem with it.

14. is there a way to use a plugin without activating it, please tell me if there is, because, Slider revolution is asking me to pay if i intend to activate it, even it came with the theme, envato said no need to pay for if it comes with theme, and you asked to buy it from code canyon. I dont know what to follow.
