They can only provide plugin source file.

Slider Revolution cant be activated and it is saying purchase code not valid.
I just downloaded the theme installed it
everything is nice and clear steps in your document, i followed it all.
uploaded zip installed theme installed plugins imported one click demo previewed site – its all awesome
the problem is revolution slider error . cant activate through purchase code
any help.

I would like to provide facilities suggestions, try setting up an add-on icon / text that can be stored in this footer or replace the myaccount icon, (http://prntscr.com/ienppp) so I can add whatasaap icons like the facilities in the header Tract Your Order Text editor section

You can go to file: theme-folder/footer-mobile.php
2) If you want to add whatsapp icon to Tract Your Order Text. You can go to Admin > Theme Options > Header to change
