We do apologies for inconveniences, however as it's noted on our page, we do not provide support at weekends and had no chance to reply you before. However you can check the ticket replied today and issue you had on your site fixed (there were some files corrupted while uploaded on server). Hope you can change your rating and go on with our theme because there's just some kind of confuse and misunderstanding. Our support staff is always making their best and fastest in customers requests replies during our business days (and also beyond ones if have a chance to do so).
