It's fair to say that this is the first feedback we hear from you, as we couldn't find any support history in our forum https://mikado.ticksy.com/

Therefore we couldn't know what items didn't work properly.

We think it's unfair not to report a problem, if you experience one and leave a 1-star rating nevertheless.
