for Customer Support

I was bought this theme, it's no bugs and good theme, however, the technical team is very very bad, when we send a reply they will not reply promptly, they will not send a reply within 24 hours (maybe 3days), it will affect our client site and maybe we will lose our business. Concern this when you buy.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We have checked your tickets and as we could see, on 6 from 7 of your tickets our agent replied in timely manner, less then 24hours. On one of your ticket response is two days, and it is just because you've submitted one reply during the weekend. We are sorry for that, but we hope you could understand we are doing our best to answer on all tickets within 24 hours during the weekdays.
Really hope you will reach us again if you need any further help, so you'll maybe reconsider this rating into five stars. Thank you in advance. Having pleased users is our highest priority.
